Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

really good breakfest with fresh fruits and eggs amazing hostel to meet other people good location near to the beach the staff was very friendly you can book scooters, transfers and trips there easily very clean shared bathrooms and common areas they clean up several times a day

there is no enough place for lagguage and open space for towels or some small laundry.
location, vibe and personal are amazing! Beds are separated trough curtains and you can have your privacy.

There were not many showers available, only 1 on each floor where there were dorms. so I had to go to a different floor to shower. The bed was a bit hard so not the most comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast included was great! good location and a short walk to the beach. I didn’t stay long (only 1 night) but would have liked to explore the area more!

Low quality bikes, small lockers, the magnetic key is really annoying

There are limited showers and toilets
If you want a three-course breakfast, this is the place to be (and all inclusive, unbelievable). Good rooms with curtains and friendly staff who will help you with excursions. and you can also grab free popcorn.

The electronic door locking system is quite loud when people go in and out so not great if you're a light sleeper/have a door by the bed and people are coming in late, leaving early etc. Beds were also quite firm and would have been good to have more hanging space for wet things.
The hosts were lovely! So helpful and friendly, easy to rent scooters from and they were helping everyone with tour bookings etc. Breakfast was also amazing with eggs, fruit, toast etc. It was really easy to meet people in the common area and the hostel is in a good location to explore the island. Beds had curtains so good for privacy.

Nothing major, just a few points: Beds are hard - just as expected in Thailand though! I was in building two, and having one shower per floor meant there was usually a queue - especially around 4pm when everyone was back from tours/days out. The paint on my bunk bed was peeling off meaning that my bed (and me!) was covered in paint shavings a lot of the time
Great staff make this hostel. They are super helpful and will help you organise tours, transfers etc. The included breakfast is wonderful, choice of eggs, fruit, toast, cakes, tea, coffee etc. Social hostel too, I found it really easy to meet people. Extended my stay twice!

there are 2 buildings. The rooms in the other building are a bit more worn than the newer rooms in the building where the reception is. it can get a bit crowded.
The staff is amazing. Extremely friendly and sooo helpful. They are very hard working people. They help you plan tours, transportation, give tips on where to eat,…. Very nice hostel breakfast. free coffee, tea and little sweets all day. the other food is good too. There’s a really nice vibe and it’s SUPER easy to connect with other travellers. good location.

The common areas are not very very clean and there’s no space to let your clothes dry after the beach.
Amazing hosts !! So welcoming at the minute you get in the place. Very good breakfast included in the price and nice people to meet.

We need to leave our shoes outside (what is ok) but the floor was super dirty. Also, the breakfast time was a little disorganized and chaotic.
Friendly staff and good location. Also, they provide bike rental, tours, etc.

Fantastic hostel with comfy beds and a nice social area. The breakfast is amazing and they are so generous! The staff make this place, they go above and beyond to help out and are so welcoming. Thanks again, I’ll be back!

Only issue is bathrooms could be cleaner. Men's bathroom often smelt strongly of pee. And some taps could do with readjusting as felt like I might accidently break it when turning them on.
Staff are extremely friendly and good to talk to. Dorm rooms are clean, ac is relatively good, curtains on bed are great, beds are comfortable. Breakfast was very good, better than expected. Unlimited supply of orange juice, coffee, tea and milk. Choice of how you'd like your eggs which is served with a selection fruit and a couple of savoury pieces.

Amazing hostel with great breakfast, tea, coffee and water for free all day and very nice and helpful hosts. Definitely great place to meet people in a chill area as many gather in the common room without it being all about drinking.I really loved it!
