While we had no issues with the absence of housekeeping during our three-night stay, it would be appreciated if the bathroom bin bag could be changed daily (considering that used toilet papers are not to be flushed in this city).

Clean, spacious and functional family room. Efficient AC, electric water heater, solid water pressure (while somewhat variable, still allows for a comfortable shower), clothes drying rack for towels, hangers and hair dryer (upon request). The family room overlooks the quieter side of the building, allows peaceful sleep even for light sleepers. Huge 7-11 nearby, a fantastic local restaurant practically at the doorstep and an added perk of coin-operated washing machines on the top floor. It is a walk-up building but the stairway is wide and manageable.

Efficient and fast and easy self check in and check out. Owner super prompt to respond to WhatsApp messages. Location super close within 10 mins walk to bus terminal and also to the Chiang Rai city center, easy to walk and get around. Easy to find as well as it's located along main street. The bed was very comfortable and it really made me feel like I was at home. Appreciated the shared kitchen and available washing machines for use too.

the balcony had no furniture so it was not possible to sit outside - but on the roof (accessible for every apartment) there are seating options!

in the building there is a walking map of chiang rai which helped us when we were exploring the city (by foot). the location is great, you can reach all the sights by foot, there are cute cafe’s nearby and one big seven eleven across the street. there is a night market near the bus station only ten minutes away. it is also really nice if you arrive in chiang mai by bus you can easily walk to the apartment! the apartment is really nice, easy but comfortable and homely :)

I liked the ikea-style :) Everything was clean. The location is good. 7-eleven and some good food nearby. Restaurant 10m right!!! or good soup next to 7-eleven. Waffels Café Fin :)

There was a strong smell of drains in the bathroom which made the whole room smell. Furnishing very basic but adequate for the price.

Location was good although a bit noisy as on a main street. Great to have the comunal kitchen and terrace with the use of the washing machine. Although it meant no kettle or fridge in the room. Self check in worked well.

This place was just perfect in every way for us. Location, and was so comfortable as an actual bed. It was apartment style with shared kitchen and washing machine on the top floor if you needed it. Had a secret rooftop also. We loved our room so big, clean and quiet as well. Couldn’t thank you enough, after travelling a while in cheap accommodation we couldn’t believe how cheap this was for what you got-amazing

The toilet did not flush. Batteries missing from TV remotes. Bathroom smells bad. Loud main road outside - contary to listing. Also listing description was deceptive- no balcony furniture , no soundproofing, no bottles of water, no quiet street view, no mosquito net, no hairdryer etc

Clean and calm place. Not far from bus terminal and night markets. Easy self check-in process. The host was very responsive when we asked to change the room, and offered another one.

everything was very clean and breakfast was good as well. I have to say that after reading some reviews regarding the owner not giving back the full deposit of 1000baht I was a bit concern. In my case, I left the room as I found it and I got my full deposit back.

Shower is abit too soft for us. There's no kettle in the room which could be quite inconvenient if you're traveling with family or seniors. But they have one shared kettle in the kitchen at the top level 4. No lift in the building.

Very friendly staffs. Convenient and near town. Very big and clean room. Aircond is real strong too. It's like your own home away from home. Very easy self checkin and checkout steps too. Love the first day when we checkin, it's quite like a mini treasure hunt 😄
