A great location in the old town and close to the Songthaew bus stop. I had a private room which was spacious and air-conditioned well. The bathroom in my room could have used some more cleaning though as there was some visible mould and grime. The bed was also really really firm and not particularly comfortable. The staff were helpful enough with directions but not exactly welcoming, mostly lounging around in the common area without much acknowledgement of guests. If you’re looking for a social vibe this is not the place to go - it was pretty quiet and the common area is small. However, for two nights to start my trip in Thailand the private room provided enough comfort and a good jumping off point to explore Phuket, set in a nice neighbourhood. I suppose it was worth it for the price.

The staff are nice and the facilities is great the price. The shower and bathroom doors are made of steel so every time someone uses it, it creates a huge noise. I booked the 8 bed dormitory the night i was there. Three girls were noisy coming back at midnight. One of the girls were talking on her cell phone outside of the bedroom and very inconsiderate. I told her if she wants to talk go downstairs. Some people have no consideration for others.

Location is convenient, clean, price is reasonable and staffs are very nice.

Dorm bunks were big, very private with good curtains and plug/light space for your stuff, location is ace, free water and coffee, staff were friendly enough. Rooms all with keycard and lockers so very secure

We had a private bedroom. The area is perfect, the sunday night market is close by. The room was clean and nice. I would just suggest to have more light for night time and AC was right above us, felt a bit cold. Adding 2 chairs to the balcony would make it more practical. Great stay

The bed is very uncomfortable, it's sort of not straight, and the springs are digging in your back in some parts. The shower has no water pressure, so you sometimes need to take a shower with a few drops of water.

The place is very well located in Phuket old town. The double room has a balcony and a couch area, which is quite nice.

Cheap simple place, but clean, efficient, polite, meets your needs ,with the simple things where they should be, and a few unexpected treats, like free fruit in the fridge in the common area. My private bedroom was super spacious, clean, quiet, nice view from the window ... happily stay there again !

The bathroom area was really hot, maybe itd be nice to atleast have a fan in there but not a big deal.

All the areas were clean, the beds were big and comfy and the ledge to put your things on was v helpful. The AC was great. They provided free fruit, coffee and biscuits which was a great bonus.

The bed was very very hard and uncomfortable but that seems to be the norm everywhere I’ve stayed.

Perfect location right in the heart of the Old Town. Everything in the town is in walking distance. Staff were very friendly and laid back, free tea / coffee toast and water available at all times. Stayed in a private room which was big and spacious and had its own bathroom and shower and balcony. Hostel was quiet also there wasn’t any noise at night.

Curtains for privacy, very clean, modern, great location for quiet in Old Town. If you are looking to party then this location would not be very suitable but the travellers I met here were friendly, sociable and respectful.

Then room where amazing, the beds so comfortable.. the concept of the hostel so nice. I really love that you can do your own check out and get your deposit, it make me feel that the staff thrush me. I loved the sandals they offer in the shower so nice and confortable.

There where mosquitoes everywhere except for the dorm because the lobby and everything are built very open. When you are going to the toilets at night and forget your key, you’re locked out

The interior was really nice and the beds had curtains and also little lockers, so it was very safe
