My doors wouldn’t lock, there was a bad smell when I first entered the room, some sockets weren’t working

The AC in the room makes it quite cold and they give just thin blankets, I stayed at the bottom and I was cold, I guess the top beds get hotter so people who stay there put the AC on stronger

The outside seemed to be the more social area but there isn’t much space and only was 2 chairs so meant some people have to sit on the floor. The rooftop was there for drying clothes but the pigeons in there pooed all over some peoples clothes. The bathrooms were really nice but most of the time there was no toilet paper. On my last morning as I was packing I noticed loads of bugs on my shelf by my bed and they had gotten into my belongings so I had to go and empty bags and hand wash the bags and leave some stuff behind as I couldn’t get all of them off.

The hostel was really visually appealing, decent locker space and massive beds for a hostel

Horrible dark place to stay at. This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. It doesn't look like the pictures. We didn't have running water. Horrible bed. Did not feel safe at all. Very dirty. Will not recommend. We were glad to leave.

You are supposed to walk barefoot as you go upstairs, and you cross the communal bathrooms. The place is generally clean, but it doesn't feel hygienic. The room has a strange, chemical smell. It's alright for the price, but you can get better value in Thailand.

Central location, close to the main streets and markets in Phuket old town. Reasonably priced, spacious bedroom.

- It is older, cheaper and dirtier than it looks in the online pictures - Some parts are rusty and there is mold. - The toilet/shower is separated from the room just by some cheap thin plastic, almost see through. - The sink in the bathroom was clogged. - Several times there was almost no water pressure in the shower. - There was no receptionist at the front desk 90% of time. - Probably you can find a better and cleaner place for that price.

- Location is good, near tour agencies and Sunday market. - Interior design is nice (lots of plants). - Spacious room.

Had a great 2 night stay at this hostel. Private double room was huge and very spacious. The shower was amazing with very good water pressure and hot water. Great central location on a very nice street and just under a 10 minute walk to old town. Only downsides is that it felt very quiet at times, we needed a staff member for some help but we couldn’t find anyone to be around. Apart from that, amazing :)

The room and bathroom wasn’t clean when we arrived. The doors had splash marks down them as if someone had spilt drinks and it hasn’t been cleaned, the mini fridge was rusty on the outside, the shelves were rusty in the bathroom, the bathroom was mouldy and the drains smelt of urine which was really awful to breath it. We reported it to reception and they said they would sort it but they never did. I’ve now had to report it to booking.com as I wouldn’t say it was worth the money based on the fact that the shared bathrooms were cleaner than a private one and you pay close to 3 times more for a private bathroom.

I loved the location! Central to cute cafes, restaurants and really good bus routes everywhere. The room had a mini fridge.

The bed space was big and the mattress very comfortable, the hostel was quiet and clean, you have big a locker for free, towel for bathroom, big spacious shared areas, and the staffs are helpful and nice. Also there is free coffee, tea, bread and biscuits. Location was very good.

Helpful and accommodating staff, very comfortable beds in the family rooms, with quality linen and good pillows. Fantastic location, an easy walk to weekend night street market. Recommend.
