Booking stated that checking is until 22:00. However, on the door they wrote 21:00 so noone was there to let me in at 21:30. This made it stressful for me. I asked some people on the street to call the number they also put on the door since I had no Thai Sim card. Then a girl showed up and let me in. She was really nice and helpful. But communicating checkin times must be improved!!!!

Awesome location at BTS Phaya Thai, the airport train is right there too. Very convenient. Lovely staff🤩 7-11 is on the other side of the street. Very good for a quick in and out or for a longer stay. On a personal note, I love the mattress. My next stay is already in sight.

The bedroom and hallways were a bit dark. During the day it was fine, but at dusk and later on in the evening, I felt like I could use more light. Also, the top bunks were a bit harder to get up on since the ladder is quite straight and steep, and the rungs quite far apart. If you have mobility issues, I'd request a lower bunk.

What a lovely, much-needed cosy space after a long-haul 11-hr flight!! The location was amazing, very accessible – just 8 stops (about 40 minutes) away on the airport rail link, which is directly connected to the airport. The station is also a stop on the BTS so it's connected to many tourist spots. The hostel itself was very clean and the floors were sparkly and spotless, maintained because everyone is asked to leave their shoes at the door. The beds were comfortable, and unlike many other hostels, the single pillow was nice and firm, and the blanket freshly cleaned and cosy. Each bed had its own power socket, shelf, and reading light too. The bathrooms were very clean, almost like they were unused! They were also spacious – and the toilets and showers were in the same room (like a typical bathroom in a house), so we got more privacy for bathroom time. The provision for lockers in the bedrooms helped keep the room clutter-free and tidy, and also gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were secure. Despite being in a central location, the hostel common areas and the room itself was quiet. I didn't get to try the free breakfast (I opted to buy food at nearby Pratunam Market), but the offering seemed pretty good all things considered. There was also free water to refill my bottle throughout the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they explained things well at check in and could answer my questions about transportation and where to go. Check out was painless – just a key drop.

Location is top near two train lines round the corner. Very helpful staff, including housekeeping. The place is clean with all what you need from a hostel.

A curtain would probably make the experience better to give us privacy and keep our lights low to avoid bothering other guests while we are on our bank beds. We had to use the blanket to cover the bed while sleeping.

Most convenient location off the main road (BTS and Phaya Thai). 8-bed dorm, clean, comfortable. AC cannot be switched off so it can be a bit chilly at night. I personally asked at the reception for an extra blanket. Breakfast is basic: instant coffee or tea, toasts, butter n jam. Very friendly staff. Great value for money.

The private room and the shared toilet are not located on the same floor, not a lot of stairs but still, at night a bit uncomfortable. The private room is very nice, but it is located right over the common area, so if people there are talking you can hear everything. I went to bed very early because of an early flight next morning and it was not super quiet, though not noisy either.

the hotel is quite old but well kept. it will need some renovations in a few years. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. the location didn't look good in the beginning but when i had a chance to walk around, i discovered that it was in the middle of everything!!! alot of places to eat around the area.

Large bags can be a bit hard to transport up the narrow staircase. Only really relevant for older / physically impaired people.

Close to Phaya Thai BTS Skytrain Station. Good choice if you need to stay in Bangkok for a day or two before continuing on.
