Fantastic location. Excellent Hotel, far exceeded our expectations. Its a little away from the beach (but the hotel provides regular free shuttle service to the beach and back). The area is quite, away from the hustle bustle of the street noise. And quite safe to walk around even with kids and family. My kids were absolutely blown away by the property. I think the pictures that you see on Booking.com does not do justice as to how good the place is. Its worth every penny. The rooms are just ultra spacious We were a family of 5 and booked 2 rooms. Both the rooms were very spacious. The staff was really courteous and the reception was well managed at all times. The shuttle ride from the hotel to the beach is also very well managed. Just that you need to inform the reception couple of hours before, so that they can slot you in on the next departure time. The swimming pool is also fantastic, quite big so it does not get crowded. The water is also quite clean. Overall a BIG 5 for the property and the overall experience.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The location is close to the Main Street but far enough for the perfect night silence. The room was huge, extremely clean, had a great view and the biggest bed with we’ve ever seen. The staff is really nice and helpful as well and welcomed us with the coconut drink. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, highly recommend!

Exceptionally pleasant staff, great breakfast and spaciously and clean rooms. Little out of the way from main tourist area which I liked as enjoyed the 20 mins walk to the beach. That said the hotel provides a free shuttle bus service too.

Me & my boyfriend are currently travelling around Thailand and have been to several 4/5 star hotels. This hotel is exceptional and blew some of the "five stars" out of the water. This hotel should be classed as 5 star, the rooms are gorgeous, the rooftop pool and drinks are lovely. The breakfast buffet is great and staff members go over and above to help you with any needs. Special mention to Na Na and Lee who made our stay so special and were just lovely staff members.

The only thing that comes to mind might be the distance to the main street and the beach. However this is also a positive. The air here was way fresher and better than anywhere close to the main road. Frequent and flexible shuttle services by the hotel, that were totally free, made things a lot easier and accessible. The driver was really nice and always made sure everyone was getting to where they want to go.

The staff working there were exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. The service was outstanding. Again i want to point out how good of a job they have done while we were here! The Hotel is very clean and modern.

Private pool could have been a little cleaner and the breakfast could have been better.

Loved the pool area and private pool that we had during our stay. We enjoyed happy hour at the pool bar too. Staff very friendly. Nice big room and shuttle to the town was helpful.

Was a bit hard to get grab/ bolt to collect me to go place took a while for someone to accept. Probably worth having a scooter as I try to avoid taxis

The staff were absolutely amazing and so kind! It was lovely a clean with a free shuttle down to the beach front every hour or so! Bathrooms were a great size and bed was massive Rooftop pool was a bonus too!

The hotel charged us 50 baht for a small towel, claiming it was damaged, but it was just a little dirty from makeup or sunscreen. I think they should have tried washing it first before calling it damaged. It was only 50 baht, but still, it wasn’t a good service experience.

Happy hour started at 5pm till 7pm. By that time we finished at the pool, where getting ready to go out. Everywhere else we stayed it was an hour around lunchtime and an hour tea time

The location isn't too close to the main street of Ao Nang, but the hotel has a shuttle to take to the Ao Nang Beach.

The hotel facilities are amazing, the pool is very big and nice. Good options of breakfast... It was tasty and fresh. The Staff was very attentive and kindly.

We loved our stay however it would be good if there’s a regular tram service to commute hotel guest to the main road as night it gets very dark
