ThailandThis hotel has limited twin bed rooms and doesn't guarantee twin beds at all. It was a bit of an issue for us but they upgraded us instead and added a bed.
Its a new smart looking hotel. Small but a boutique option close to Ekamai and Thonglor bts. Staff really do help as much as they can. Breakfast is really nice. Overall positive feelings about this hotel. Its a few bts stops away from the action but still nice to be away from the sleazy areas of Nana etc. Its got a nice roof top bar worth visiting with boat sails on top of the roof. Highly recommend it.

Hong KongThe breakfast options, in my experience at high class hotels could have been much better. The executive club's food was very basic and it could have been offering a much higher standard of food. The food laid out looked very dried out and worn. Never a good thing to see. If this hotel could get its' food dishes up, it would be even greater. Gym is a little small. Wish they could have given more space for it.
Excellent location near Thonglor, so very close to the BTS station. Choice of Ekkamai close by too. A small hotel which packs a punch. Rooms very clean and well designed.

SingaporeLocation isn’t the most central compared to the other Intercontinental. It’s still good in that it’s still near a BTS station, Thong Lo. The area is also quite happening with many good restaurants and pubs.
We were impressed with the great service rendered. Bert, the head concierge, helped us book day tour and spa reservations. He also gave great recommendations on good restaurants in Bangkok. A few of the good restaurants were in the hotel’s vicinity. This made up for our mistake in booking the wrong Intercontinental. We were always warmly greeted by the staff each time we came home at the end of the day. Room was spacious, clean, cosy and comfortable.

We had good times in this new hotel. Mr Phiphat at Front Desk provided comprehensive introduction of facilities and privileges for IHG member. We appreciate Ms Pubsaya's assistance to sort out billing issues quickly before we need to leave for airport. Housekeeping staffs are very friendly and always ensure we have sufficient supplies. Breakfast has wide selections and good quality, staffs are helpful and efficient.

United KingdomWhen I got to the hotel I gave the bell boy my bags. I also gave him a pair of Louis Vuitton shoes (1 foot in each bag). When all my stuff got delivered to the room I noticed that one foot was missing. I made the staff aware of this and they tried to convince me I only gave them one foot. They said they would check the cctv, which they did and they said that it only shows me giving them 1 bag. They told me to call the taxi driver to see if I had left it in there which the driver said no I didn’t. The hotel staff made me feel as if I was going crazy! They categorically told me that I only gave them 1 bag. I asked them if I can see the cctv and they denied this and said I will need to go to the police to get them to check the cctv so they can confirm their story! Fast forward to the next day, I went out and when I came back they told me the manager wants to speak to me and that they found my shoes! The bell boy had delivered it to another room and the other guest brought it back to reception! So they LIED about the cctv they made up a WHOLE story and didn’t even compensate me for the distress! I paid over £1500 to stay here for 6 nights and it’s safe to say I WILL NOT be returning!

South KoreaWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. My entire shopping bag from Jim Thompson with two new packaged scarves was stolen while changing rooms, probably by housekeeping when it was left behind during the change. I had to go back and buy the exact same scarves since they were gifts from my mother, and didn’t want to upset her by telling them they were stolen. Fine I can go buy new scarves, but what makes me so angry is the night shift manager’s entirely disrespectful, rude, and demeaning attitude towards me and my friend. We had been lightly drinking that night in our room, and she asked if we had been drinking, and scoffed if off as if it were our fault to have lost them in the first place. We asked them to check our previous rooms(because they gave us the wrong type of room 1 time) for lost belongings and to see the cctv footages while the move happened. They said they would check and the next day morning we found a NOTE slipped under our door, that no shopping bag were found in lost and found nor was anything abnormal in the cctv footages(which we never got to see ourselves). No 5 star hotel should have things stolen from their guest nor should they treat their guests as we had been treated. The night shift manager needs serious training in hospitality! The night shift manager even called the police knowing we can’t speak Thai, when we said we will take necessary measures if needed. We ended up wasting our time, energy and money going to the police station to file a theft case, but since we are foreigners the police wanted to just shush the case and did no follow up. I will be filing an official complaint to the global and local IHG group.
Relatively new hotel, so facilities, furniture and such were new, unfortunately so were the staff.

AustraliaIt did not have a rooftop bar Took a while to get my bill correct. On one of the days we came back from our outing and the room was not made. They assured me it would be done within 1 hour. We left the room (to have a drink at a rooftop bar) and when we came back it still wasnt done. The hotel did comp our room service so thgis made up for the inconvenience.
Everything was perfect. just a shame the hotel was very quiet with very few people around and that there was no rooftop bar - YET! Apart from that everything was great. Would definitely stay again.
