Lighting in the room was quite bad, just one main light. Small night stands with some light would be great. I guess that in the main season with more partying going on it could get quite noisy.

We could check in early and the room was clean. Location is great if want to be close to the pier and the town. Best of all was Juni (the front desk lady) who is super friendly and does everything to make your stay comfortable. She seems to work too many hours though, being there all day every day from Early morning till the evening..

It's near to the main pier and have a lot of food and shopping options in front of hotel. The check in was quick and the host is super friendly. The rooms are quite and have good sound proofing.

wonderful host !! couldn’t have helped us any more, told us about the area, parties and boat trips. can book boat trips through reception which is helpful. air con good. location brilliant, 2 minutes walk to the beach, pier and lots of restaurants/bars. room simple but clean and have everything you need.

We loved the host, June. She is the sweetest and very resourceful. We purposely wanted to stay at Ivory because we read the great reviews about her. A great host makes everything better and we felt right at home. We enjoyed the clean facilities. Nice showers with good water pressure. Great location. 2-3 minutes walk from the pier. You can even buy your ferry ticket back from her. We loved everything. However, be aware that this is not a hotel where you will get the chance to socialize much with other guests and it's not a party place. But it is near all the bars and parties. But far enough not to be disturbed by the music. Stay here if you plan to spend little time in your hotel and enjoying more of what the island has to offer.

Price a bit high for a small room, but everything was great.

Great location- 2 min walk from the pier, 5 mins to nearest beach, big market area as soon as you exit the hotel where you can get cheap food (relative to the rest of island prices). The room was very comfy and clean albiet kind of small. The woman at the desk is such a sweetheart, she greeted me every time I arrived or left the hotel. Easy to extend my stay too.

Clean and very good central location (3 mins walk from the pier) June, the lady on reception, was so welcoming and friendly! She was really helpful when we arrived, telling us where things were, recommending places to eat and also booking us onto a boat trip!

I don’t want to bash this property at all and I think that it might be typical for lower price accommodations in Thailand but if you have any sort of back or neck or hip issues, the beds are horrible. Being American we are not used to such firm,flat,and very hard beds. Most people who seem to come to Phi Phi islands are very young and might not care about the comfort of accommodations. If you do this is not the place for you. It’s also very noisy at night, but the air conditioning is very good and the fan does help round it out a bit. It’s very simple accommodations very inexpensive and as I mentioned Junee ia wonderful. I read a ton of reviews, but not one person mentioned how uncomfortable the beds were hence the reason I am doing it now.

As everyone who leaves a review, the host Junee was fabulous. Very kind and honestly made this stay very welcoming. Also, the rooms were very clean! Junee also helped set up a private longboat tour and the driver picked us up at the guest house

The hotel is perfectly located, in the very heart of the village and at a few steps from Tonsai Pier, beach, restaurants and shops. The room was simple but clean. Our host, Ms Juni, is amazing. She welcomed us very warmly and provided very good raccomandations on restaurant, tours ecc

The smell of mold in the room was very strong and you could see on the walls the stains from the mold. The shower head was spraying water everywhere. The curtains and the bed sheets were stained
