Our room had a strange smell when we first arrived and there was construction work being done so during the day it was a little noisy. Also the bed wasn't the comfiest and could of had more sun loungers on the beach. But it really was a beautiful hotel we would definitely stay here again when visiting the chaweng area.

Very spacious and clean room and bathroom. Pool area was beautiful could walk straight down to the beach. Very good location to all the restaurants, bars, shops, everything you need. All the staff were very nice. Perfect for a few day stay!

Stunning bedrooms, very clean and plenty of light. Also staying at J4 you have access to two gorgeous pools and it is located very close to the beach, making it very convenient to go in the sea!

The fridge is very noisy for a small room that I turned it off.

Very close to shopping centre, convenient store and the beach. Not far from the airport. The room is not very big but it's clean and comfortable. The street outside is very noisy at night but it's OK in the room.

Can’t keep the aircon on while you leave, but the room stayed cold if you shut the blinds.

We stayed at the back of the J4 resort I believe they are called the comfort rooms. We didn’t hear any noise, so highly recommend staying it that room! Very short walk to the beach and very central location.

The garden view rooms have their frustrating drawbacks, but bed is comfy, and location is quiet. Unlike the new building I am currently in.

A few reviews talk about the noise, but I didn't notice too much. You hear the planes flying overhead, but all the hotels in that area have that issue. It's not silent, but I didn't find the noise too bad.

Superb location, right in the middle of the action. It's in the centre of Chaweng near all the bars & restaurants. If you just want a very smart room in a great location at a great price, then this place is absolutely perfect. It's also not far from the beach. You can use the facilities at Chaweng Garden. Staff extremely friendly & helpful.

It’s just the noise from the outside in some nights was very loud. But it’s not the hotel fault. And maybe the rooms are a little bit smaller than I thought.

Loud. Didn’t bother me at all because I can sleep through anything but if you aren’t into the party life it will keep you up at night into the early morning. Also construction on the property during the day so you really couldn’t get away from all the distracting noise.
