There were many big red ants (around 50) in my room. I told it to the staff. They said they would spray the room. But there was no effect at allband I couldn't smell anything. The owner told me that's the jungle and the nature and guests must accept and live with it.

There area in which these little bungalows were seated looked like a garden or a park. The swimming pool was nice, too.

There was a dubble booking, due to the system and the new ownership. We had booked a bigger bungalow, but got a small one. The owners gave us compensation for it, and we enjoyed our stay! They are fixing stuff att the resort and the next thing would be a new bed in bungalow nr1.

The location was very good, a 10 min stroll from a beautiful beach! The owners and staff friendly and serviceminded! Nice little swimmingpool and a really good restaurant.

Some off the older chalets have steep steps to the shower area beware if you are older.

In the advert is says ‘private pool’ but the pool is private for all guests, you don’t have a pool for yourself.

The location is great, very nice pool. Rooms are just big enough to spend a week. The staf and owner are super friendly. Breakfast has a good choice, everything is possible. Great ‘paradise’ kind of beach in walking distance. Love to come back next time.

Really nice resort with a nice pool and bar / restaurant. Location is good, 10 minute walk south takes you to a fairly busy area with lots of bars and restaurants. Short walk to a nice ish beach. Man running resort was lovely and very accommodating as we had a few problems which he swiftly resolved. One thing I would say is some aspects of the room is dated e.g aircon however you get what you pay for.

When we arrived the staff were not there and them restaurant was closed. Luckily we used the restaurant wifi and messaged them so they came over. After that is was all ok.

Good value for money, the room was quiet and comfortable. The bed was good and the a/c and fan worked well. A fridge and safe in the room.

Sorry but the bed, you could feel the spirals through. But I got a thick cover to put on top so that helped a lot. Nice pool but needs to be fixed.

Great value for price. You have access to many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Its not the most magnificent resort, but at this price range its one of the best choices on the island, its clean, and well maintaned. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the breakfasts at the restaurants are very nice

The pool is nothing like the photos you see - the water is murky with mud at the bottom and the lining has collapsed around the edges. Lots of rules but they don’t seem to uphold their side of the deal: no bottled daily water, WiFi is sometimes non-existent. Absolutely desolate ‘reception/bar area’ in the daytime - no-one around to help. Had to buy another toilet roll as we ran out. Kettle provided but no coffee or tea. They do food but there’s no-one to order from during the day. Bed as hard as a rock and the bathroom has very deep steps down to it.

On the main street of town, but mainly quiet enough. A nice local restaurant across the road and within walking distance to Kae Bai. Bungalows were clean with a fridge and air-con and a little balcony. I was there during the height of low season, so it was as quiet as expected so it is hard to gauge what the vibe will be like. Pool wasn't in action at the time either. The two new owners were kind and friendly -- will put your sport of choice on big screen. Free water refills which I find personally find as a big plus -- saving plastic.

It's very difficult to find a breakfast in walking distance before 9am. I didn't find any breakfast.

It was value for money. The room was clean. The bed was fine. The aircon was working fine. The shower was fine. I liked that the room had flyscreens all around to stop mosquitos, even on the bathroom windows. I did not try the pool but it looked clean. The onsite restaurant only opens for breakfast and only after 9am.
