The facilities are not properly maintained, the pool can be dirty, the pool table can be missing items, etc. Housekeeping always got to our room after 4pm, which was very late and usually the time when we wanted to have a rest. Therefore, in 5 nights our room has only been cleaned up once.

There are a lot of restaurants at the beach next to the hotel. The breakfast is really good, and so does all the food and beverage in the hotel. The staff are kind. The room is big and the bed is comfortable.

Pillow lacks support, not very comfortable. Hair dryer has no temperature control, it burnt my scalp :( I am satisfied with everything except for these 2 points.

We came to celebrate our anniversary, hotel upgraded our room for free surprisingly and prepared desserts during our dining experience and put a chocolate cake in the room. The service is excellent, we tried a few restaurants, food is all very delicious and price is reasonable. We love the beach, soft sand, clean sea water and plenty of free activities. And I love the pool, it is amazing, we had a lot of fun. Aircon is adjustable which is quite nice. And the airport transfer service is great. Highly recommend to stay here!

The only suggestion we’d have for improvement would be to consider the age of our child (<2 years) and stop putting glass bottles and drinking glasses on the bedside tables. Especially after we removed them and put them on higher tables. They kept putting them back down when restocking.

Everything! The staff was super friendly. The room was big and new and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and had a massive choice. There are nice small restaurants outside of the hotel to go for lunch and dinner and beachside massage options. Our daughter especially loved the slide and the pool throughout the resort was super fun too. We’d come back again!

I usually hate the plastic waste but I loved the water refills and steps to be less wasteful. Lots of rubbish in the lanes by the hotel and in their lagoon at the back where we kayaked.

The hotel is set on a beautiful beach. You can walk a great distance without sun beds, shops and noise…just fabulous views and sunsets. The hotel restaurants are lovely, although there are several cheap beachfront places if you don’t want to eat in house. Adults only pools and breakfast options. We swam 45 minutes everyday around the pool that snakes its way around the resort. The town is a 10 minute ride - taxis available at the stand on the beach or via the hotel. Shops and a night market for bags etc but nothing special.

We have found our most favourite resort/hotel/accomodation throughout our travels. We were surprised by the sheer volume of activities (most being free) hosted by the hotel such as muay thai classes, floating yoga, washing buffalos, biking to see elephants and fire dancers. Would recommend staying 5 nights at the very least given the actitivies, a 3km pool streaming alongside the entire resort and multiple restaurants to try out. There is also a private beach for guests. We did visit in town but you can certainly spend your entire time at the resort. We capped off our stay with a Thai buffet dinner watching the sunset, where the hotel team helped to place our table on the beach as requested. Shoutout to Tin who was very friendly and assisted us to have a late check-out. Could not recommend enough.

The WiFi was a little temperamental at times. We were disappointed that whilst waiting for a table to be free at the beach bar one evening, we were asked on one occasion to sit and wait in the smoking area. (Small matters really).

This is one of our favourite hotels, the staff are always polite and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and large, the restaurants serve the most wonderful dishes, breakfast is superb. The beach and pool areas are beautiful. We loved the flora and fauna.

The drinking water provided made myself - and at least one other guest I know - sick. Gastric symptoms stopped within several hours of sourcing a reputable brand of water. Consider buying your own in town.

Wow!! Amazing and beautiful resort, we loved every minute.Me and my husband stayed two weeks at this resort with two small children (3 and 5) and we were never bored. Super child friendly. Beach is divided in adult and family zone. A lot of pool options. The family suites are spacious and we were really happy with the pool access. Also stayed a few nights in the two bedroom suites. Both rooms were nice. Lovely child friendly beach with tons of beach toys. Always free sunbeds by the pools and beach. Really decent restaurant, our favorite was Drift and Sakura. Really recommend the bike trail! Quran spa was amazing. Only negative was that the breakfast buffet is a bit chaotic, but ok before 8.30. That being said, lots of delicious food options. Thank you for having us :)

A belt belonging to my wife just vanished from our room (nothing fancy, just maybe sentimental value). No feedback ever received, despite reporting it to the hotel staff upon checkout. Turndown service was provided only once, when we specifically asked for it. There was a strange damp smell in the room, most probably an issue of AC device.

The location, beach facilities (all included), excellent breakfast with great range of choices, huge pool, an overall nice luxury feeling.

Nothing, all was really good.

We loved everything about our stay here. The concept of JW Marriot to integrate nature, community and guests is just great. Accommodations are superb, rooms beautifully decorated and functional, staff is a joy, restaurants delicious, although expensive for the area. Experiences offered (Shark conservation; visit to JW Marriot farm; bike to temple and elephant home) were all reasonably priced and soooo great. The longest continuous pool in South East Asia right at your room's varanda is fantastic. Also the free transfer to the village market and downtown is useful. All in all, a 10 ! Looking forward to visiting this fantastic resort & spa again.
