Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

we had to remove our shoes before entering but unfortunately the floor wasn't clean or they didn't provide us with something else to walk. The worst part was going to the shared bathroom barefoot and then having to jump on your bed with dirty feet. Also all the bathrooms had a very intense naphthaline smell that was strong enough to knock you out.
it was close to some very nice restaurants and also in a fair walking distance to the beach.

They provide us tour at amazing price !! So far every tour is amazing ! Mickey and Hermione doing great job to have fun to us. Btw I often see great review about name "Yaya" And actually she was great haha Every people are great who people are working here !（Idk a few people names but they are nice too ）Also Guest is amazing ! I extend a few more days !!

Our stay was amazing at k bunk hostel, beds were comfortable and amazing facilities. The staff were so helpful and lovely, Mickey was the BEST tour rep at the hostel. He was the funniest and memorable person we have met so far. Made our experience unforgettable!!!!

Wifi isn't as amazing, but good for this neck of the woods.
Stayed in both K-Bunk hostels. Very different vibe but perfect in there own way. This one was a bit quieter, which is what I needed after a long journey, and the K-Bunk closer to the beach is hopping. Staff are all lovely, Joe, Ems, Amy, Steo and the ladies behind bar and front deck. Stayed in a lot of hostels, and the nights out and group events here are up there with the best, led by Joe who's super fun and genuinely a really sound guy. Gonna extend my stay.

A bit further away from the center and the beach (but hostel offers free shuttles to the beach). Matrasses on the beds where a bit harder than I'm used to, but still comfortable
Warm and welcoming vibe with helpful and friendly staff. Pretty much every day they host activities you can sign up for, along with the people from the other K Bunk hostel. It's ideal to meet new people.

The property is about 35-45 minute walk down to the main strip by the beach. The hostel offers free transfers during the day but the last one is at 13:30pm. They should maybe have a couple times in the evening for transfers otherwise you’re paying for tuk tuks but they only cost 100-200 baht so not the end of the world.
Great property and I met some great people here. Staff were amazing and very helpful.

All the staff were really nice and welcoming especially Shannon and Sam, also had really good activities which were mainly free or very cheap so definitely worth staying there

The location was fairly far from the beach but I'm sure they offered free shuttle service everyday .
Seemed like a cool place to stay not too wild but fun with lots of activities on and nice staff . I was ill during my stay so can't comment more but I would stay here again.

One of the best so far. Nice and cheap tours, free night events like bar crawls. The Location is perfect for good food and local shops but they also have free transfers to the beach. Everything is very clean! I had a really good time here! Thank you guys!

The distance to everything else.
Staff were nice with a decent atmosphere- tho it was pretty quite as it's the off season. was s bit far away from the centre though
