Breakfast didn’t have variety of vegetables and cheeses, mostly Asian food with some western food. trail from/to rooms is dark ay night, one can fall/slip

ALL the staff are amazing and so kind. The room was excellent and the view was perfect to wake up and go to sleep to. The food is amazing and so flavourful. Activity’s on site are always available, some free and the rest are very affordable.

The only thing that I can say is that the room was a bit dark. Not much light and it was hard to find belongings at evening time.

Modern and beautiful, bid rooms, very large bathrooms and living rooms. Private pool at the villa was great.

Rooms are huge, great shower and great bed. The breakfast is really good with a lot of variety. Staff are super helpful and nice, and we loved all the facilities (games, kids club, pools with slides , gym and all)

The food could be a little better. There were fresh ingredients and a very big variety. Just the execution of the chef wasn't the best.

Everything was perfect.

The resort was perfect in every way. The room was large and comfortable and clean. We ate at all of the resort restaurants and enjoyed every meal. The Thai options were delicious and the morning buffet breakfast was huge and with a great variety of food that changed daily. The private beach area was wonderful and the resort always felt relaxed and quiet and never crowded. There was a complementary shuttle to town that we used twice and it was easy to get Taxi's on other occasions. We arranged tours through Patty and had great days out both times.

Nothing except so far from Phuket, but that’s why you’d book up here, to have peace and quiet.

Loved the pools, the free available sports activities, archery, bocce, kayaking, basketball, badminton and more. The food, drinks, short walk along beach to other restaurants and massages. Happy hour all day 3 for 2 cocktails was a bonus. Free 3 daily shuttles into town. I’d prob prefer more regular times but doesn’t cost much if you want to organise your own anyway. Staff lovely. Private pool access rooms was lovely, nice and quiet out of town. Very relaxing.

it was really hard to get clothes (even bikini's) dry as monsoon season and the rooms always seemed quite damp. We had a swim-up-pool room - which we thought would be very special - but actually the bit where you can swim just connects to 5-6 neighbouring rooms, rather than in to a main pool and so doesn't add much. Also there was a huge hedge just the other side which meant that the room was always dark, and the balcony bit by the pool never in the sun - making it less important to have.

3 different swimming pools - 2 were busy and lots of kids so noisy despite one being specifically for kids Another was in an adult area so much more peaceful and overlooking the beach - but only 3 sets of sun loungers The place was huge, but not too busy as it's their quiet and monsoon season, but I imagine would be very crowded in peak season. We rarely saw any staff, which worked well for us as we'd rather be 'anonymous'. The breakfast was fine - lots of options, but the eggs were mostly quite cold. There was a couple of other restaurants on site which we never used as they were so overpriced which is a shame, but 2 lovely restaurants right next door and a few more 5 minutes walk away on the beach. We used the SUP's to venture up the 2-3 rivers that run by the resort and saw elephants being washed in the river which was great. Used the gym alot (small but well equipped), and loads to do such as kayak, SUP, boules, zip line, archery. Also loads to do locally - like swimming in waterfalls, hiring scooters and surfing up the coast, bamboo rafting...

Bathroom could have been cleaner, perhaps a deep clean as there were one or two hairs left behind but other then that everything was perfect and I will definitely stay again.

Location was a bit far from things.

Staff were amazing and so helpful!! Loved my bath on the balcony and the kayak hire. Breakfast was awesome- especially fresh cooked eggs, noodle soups and crepes. Seeing the otters in the river was amazing. Shuttle bus to Bang Niang Markets was great. The spa massages were incredible!!

Staffs are nice. The pricing is reasonable. Many of recreation activities available in the hotel area. We have chance to have dinner at Gin Japanese Restaurant, Khun Wit took care us very well. Thank you for memorable experience.

Our second time staying at Kalima. Upon booking we requested a room over looking the mangroves as we stayed there last time and it was lovely and quiet. However upon checking in we were given a room over looking the kids pool, the staff couldn't have been move helpful and placed us in the room we wanted the following day. We stayed in a room with a private pool and found it to be very good value for money. The breakfast is excellent and varied. The only thing that needs improving is the pontoon to the private beach which is still as sketchy as before and not suitable for people with mobility issues.
