The location was great up high on the hill with beautiful views. The buffet breakfast was huge with a lot of choices. Restaurant was very good with a lot of choices.trio pool bar with Pang making cocktails fantastic.

the most comfy bed I ve ever slept in, also really big. the entire room was awesome. The personal is really nice and always smiling. Not the best surounding as the street near the hotel is always busy and you cannot really walk to one place or another. the pool could be cleaner.

There should be more than one lift. Also the placing towels on sunbeds should be stopped. As many people placed towels and bags on them all day. Some where empty for hours.

Breakfast variety was great and the view!! Unfortunately most of the food was cold, they cooked too much i.e. eggs were cold, pancakes instead of on demand. Bit of a maze and lots of steps being on the hill side. 4km out of Patong and noisy from traffic, not that safe to walk

Expensive drinks. Patong town. Very commercialised but we were only there for 2 nights.

Fabulous hotel. Stunning room with a seaview. Great breakfast. Lovely infinity pool. It was my birthday and I was made a real fuss of. Decorated bed, present, cakes. Location was up the hill from Patong Beach. Isolated but there's a shuttle. Amazing restaurant Baan Rim Pa opposite.

Amazing experience in the resort, the pool access room was comfortable and had a great view. The food was excellent in all the restaurants and the spa treatments were very good too. The hotel staff were always happy and willing to help. Will definitely be coming back.

You need to take a car to Patong Beach and the city, but it is not difficult to get a taxi. However, the hotel will have a hotel bus to Patong Beach every 2 hours.

The hotel has a pleasant view and a wide sea view. It is very quiet because it is not in Patong City. The hotel has complete facilities, rich and varied breakfast, warm and friendly attitude of the service staff, and high service quality.

There was a used pimple sticker stuck to our bathroom bench and was never cleaned. The shower would clog and water would pool at your feet. We requested cleaning at 10am as we wanted a relaxing day at the hotel and it was still not cleaned at 12pm even though she was cleaning some on the same level and we had to wait outside our room after a sweaty gym sesh for 30 minutes until she cleaned ours after the room next to us.

Beautiful location - nice and quiet away from the main tourist area. Offers a couple restaurants and a bar so you don’t need to leave if you don’t want to but if you do, they offer a free shuttle service to Patong main area.

Very slow when you order food but I know it’s not the staff problem. It should be the management to hire staff for kitchen to make the food faster.
