United StatesLocation was a plus. Beautiful sunset views from the hotel. Breakfast being included was a nice perk and it tasted good. Unfortunately we did not got that good of a service from the staff. Service was not to the standard we received the rest of our stay in Thailand (we visit 3 other locations). We almost got double charge. Also could be cleaner. Needed to request room service everyday day. We order laundry service and it was fast. The room service people does not return the original small laundry bag and they wanted to charge for thar too. Overall giving it a good rating due its location and sunset views.

United KingdomThe main problem is that there is extremely loud live music every night until 1am, and the rooms are not soundproof towards the outside. The music is so loud that you can hear the lyrics of the songs in your room. The music does not come from the hotel itself but a nearby venue. There is nothing the hotel can do about it (I guess), but travellers should be warned that a quiet night is impossible in this hotel. Another problem is that even though the whole area around the pool and the pool bar is a non-smoking area (with many signs indicating this), guests regularly smoke there, and they do so in front of the staff, who say nothing. Travellers should expect to be regularly exposed to cigarette smoke at the pool.
The hotel is directly at the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has many options. There is live music every night (until 10pm). The mattress and pillows are very comfortable.

SwitzerlandThe services at the hotel are more expensive than outside. E.g. taxi All the guests are occupying the sunbeds everywhere with their tower and then leaving for several hours. So it is very difficult to find an empty subbed. Since everyone is going there early morning, getting their sunbed and leaving, you are forced to do the same. You need to find a better solution. This is so frustrating, sometimes you need to fight with other guests to find a sunbed or some shade. The restaurant facing the beach (with the pizzeria) is super overpriced with bad quality food and terrible service. It seems that the staff is not really trained.
The rooms are very spacious and clean. The insulation from the outside sound is very well done (considering it is Thailand especially). The hotel is almost directly on the beach. The air conditioning is silent and effective, there is also air circulator in the toilet. The rooms has never felt over humid. Smart tv with Netflix. Very responsive service of the room. A lot of breakfast variety, even too much.

The beach is in front of the hotel. You could sit outside for breakfast and have a nice view. Everything is clean and everyone very friendly. You have a quiet place in the very tourism part of Kata beach. wonderfull! You get fresh water in the room every day.

United Kingdom- Slightly overpriced for a 4 stars resort - Breakfast buffet was not that great - Housekeeping a bit lazy in cleaning up the room and has to report to reception to get the rooms properly cleaned and loaded with towels and water - Swimming pool depth was at max 1.25 m which is not good for average tall people

The hotel is beachfront, with a nice view on the beach and of stunning sunsets in the afternoon. The main restaurant offers a very good breakfast with both a vast American and European selection of sweet and savoury food; the pool area, with loads of sunbeds is clean and well organized with a bar where to have lunch or drink a cocktail. Also the lobby is very clean and the employees at the front desk were very welcoming. Special Bonus to the gym: very clean and with a vast selection of machine that is not easy to find anywhere.
