The rooms can use modernisation, they were clean but the interior looked dated. The spa had lovely rooms but the massage was sub-standard.

Lovely hotel grounds and traditional hatched roof Thai cottages. Location is great with a very pretty beach. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful.

Like many accommodations in Thailand, the beds are quite firm - which is typical of the traditional local style but may take some getting used to for international travelers.

The property is ideally located just a 15-minute walk or 5-minute taxi/motorcycle ride from the city center. The restaurant and pool area offer stunning beachfront views, and the amenities are excellent. One of the best features is how the rooms are nestled among lush trees, creating a natural and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are also very spacious. Loved our time here and would definitely come back!

A clean, tranquil stay on a relaxing beach. The staff are incredibly friendly- Aom and Nha!! The gardens are beautiful. Dinner on the beach with white table cloths and a bottle of wine.

The room was a bit outdated, but nothing significant.

The hotel and room were perfect. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly and unobtrusive. Breakfast was excellent. The beach was also clean, with plenty of sun loungers available for everyone. The atmosphere was quiet and private, which suited us perfectly. We’d be happy to stay here again!

Little bit out from town and due to heat we had to take more taxis to explore than we would normally like to on holidays but this was a small thing when weighed up against the peaceful nature of the location.

The staff are so friendly and the beachfront location is a piece of paradise. Property, beach and pool were never overcrowded and guests very respectful of one another. Felt very safe. The gardens are beautifully kept and enjoyed the wildlife.

Gardens are beautiful. The garden villas are large with big verandahs and very large bathrooms. Big pool and lots of lounges around both pool and on lovely beach. Staff are friendly and so helpful. breakfast had a large variety and changed daily. Coffee excellent.

If I have to mention something: Center/shops are not really on walking distance. However, taxi's plenty.

A beautiful place nestled in a lush tropical setting, it truly deserves the name paradise. I loved all the ornaments, statues, and lighting. There was so much care for detail. The pool and beach were great places to relax. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

This hotel is a real gem nestled in the jungle on a hillside. The garden is magnificent and overflowing with superb tropical plants. The bungalows are well positioned, with lovely balconies and very comfortable bedding. Breakfast is varied: fresh fruit, eggs prepared your way, a different Thai dish every day, something for every taste! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, we were pampered throughout our stay. We had a couple of delicious lunches and fruits shakes on the beach and ordered a large seafood platter for a dinner. We were super spoiled! The hotel is quiet and located only 20-minute walk from the center of Khao Lak (easy walk or the hotel will arrange a cab for you quickly). We also went to Lam Ru National Park. A walk through the jungle that led to a pretty beach where we were all alone. We had several treatments at the spa (such as Lovers Package) and had a wonderful relaxation time. There was some noise from the room above. Like an elephant stomping at times. If you are noise sensitive, I recommend asking for an upper room

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy your stay. Very friendly staff, acommodating, eager to help. The breakfast can't be beaten. Varried and plentiful.
