Pool is not so nice and quite crowded. Our room was near the road so we heard a lot of street noise. We asked the reception manager to change our room but there was no other room available.

Ok Breakfast, nothing special Nice beach at the hotel, but not the best on Koh Chang Walking distance to restaurants, shops and everything.

Hotel, Staff & Facilities were excellent. Room was super quiet and comfortable. Cleaned to a high standard each day. Literall on the beautiful Kai Bae beach. I didn't try breakfast, so can't comment. Would stay here again for sure!

If i had to say something it would be The road to the other resorts goes right passed the pool so cars and motorbikes all day .

Lovely place to stay. Friendly staff, gorgeous pool and close to all the restaurants. Not a private beach but it is a lovely beach. Breakfast was really good, lots to choose from.

No beach beds or deck chairs on or close to the beach - probably not allowed because the beach is not very wide - neighbouring hotels did not have any either.

Location is very good. Many eating and drinking places just walking distance from the hotel. Room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent, many different choices, both western and thai dishes. The hotel has a beachfront with easy access and is a nice clean beach. You could sit on the beach and view the best sunset ever! The staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning was good. The hotel offers a free shuttle service in a golf cart but max only 1 km, any longer and they refuse.

The beds were like stones, I think it is more normal in Asia, but for Europeans, this can be really uncomfortable because the mattresses are more or less only toppers. We got extra toppers after asking for this, so the service tried to make it better. The hotel doesn't have any Sun loungers at the beach which is really sad because it is such a nice beach and would be awesome to lie down comfortably.

The hotel is quite nice and is located right at the beach. It has an awesome bar with good beer to watch the sundown. The breakfast was probably the best we had on our whole trip with lots of fresh fruits. It is located like 300 meters down the main road, so to go there you need to walk up a little bit, but there is also a shuttle if needed.

We profited from a discount on booking.com. Otherwise it would have been above our budget. There may be others with a better value for money.

Everything really nice and well kept! Directly at the beach and also close to many good restaurants at the main street. Staff was very welcoming. Pool was very big. Overall everything was very tidy and clean.

We booked a sea front villa which in the picture surroundings looked beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately our villa had trees in front of it creating shade which was limited on the beach. This resulted on numerous people placing towels early in the morning right in front of our veranda before we were up, which gave no privacy throughout the day. We were also right where the elephants were brought to the beach several times a day creating a lot more people and noise. It was upsetting to see the distress of the elephants being forced to entertain. Surprised for a hotel of that size that no food or drinks available after 8pm and one day the cafe didnt open at all, no notification was given. Lack of any written information or information from reception on check in.

Pool needed cleaning that day, maybe filter blocked, overall very clean and well managed hotel. Over 100 euros per night, still overpriced in january.

Big building room by the pool & access but so close to road,so not quiet poolside time. No sounds into room, so goodnight sleep in exellent, spotless bed! Right on beach. Very Good Breakfast. This is the Best 3* hotel choice at White sand! 5 min walk to restaurants etc. Suitable for families. Staff is polite and knows their duties well and speak english good.

Everything was great.

Super nice location - the hotel is right on the beach. There is a restaurant in the area, offers many nice choice of food and drinks, not too expensive. The staff is super friendly and nice, always smiling. Breakfast was awesome - a lot of options, fresh variety of fruits available. In addition to this, we were able to check in to our rooms even before 2 PM, which was amazing. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern. I would come back here again and again - super nice experience.

The most annoying was the lack of beach chairs on the beach. The pool strangely is in the car park not by the beach like every other hotel. Be mindful of which room you book, there are huts on and around the beach which looked very nice and comfortable, unfortunately we were in the main building, the accommodation in the main buildings are very nice and modern and very comfortable, but we found ourselves being woken every morning with the rhythmical sound of head boards bang, I did find myself timing how long it lasted and if it lasted more than five minutes I quietly found myself applauding, then the sound of people walking about above you sounded like a rugby match going on, one night I woke from sound of snoring I thought it was my wife, but actually it was next door. You can have a wonderful stay here if you book one of the huts, buy some air beds for the beach, because everything else position, beach and breakfast is wonderful.
