Breakfast poor as weird dishes for a morning meal. Broken kettle. Limescale on walls in shower. Dodgy lights. Shower pressure could be better and lack of hot water. But don't let that put you off.

Great location on great beach. Very efficient, friendly staff. Great balcony and decentish sea view on one side of hotel. Food for main meals very good.

Very small and noisy room, people occupied the sunbeds without using them. Towels should be removed by staff when capacity is so low…

The grounds haven’t been maintained for a long time it looks like an abandoned summer camp. It’s not really a big deal but with the great location they should really try to at least clean the area there a lot of chiggers (little spiky things that stick to everything like socks)

Very convenient location and not a crowded area at all restaurants motorbike rentals massage 7/11 all nearby. It is right on the beach you have your beach area with beach recliners that are usually all taken

Overpriced Dated Tired Landscaping needs a bushfire and start again. Get a gardener! - It all feels very neglected. Tatty room decor. Perma-reserved sun loungers (towels) Dominated by older Russian tourists who, whilst fine, love to reserve every lounger and deckchair with towels before 8am. Felt a bit like Chernobutlins

The architecture of this hotel gives a rather confused impression. Rooms are adequate but in dire need of an update. Beach is lovely but far too few sunbeds. A recent addition of beach bungalows has taken away space that could have been used for sunbeds. Garden is poorly maintained.

Great location, lovely beach. Hotel has an ok restaurant with reasonable prices. Nice entertainment in the evenings. Staff is kind but not extremely attentive. OK breakfast.

The hotel is in dire need of some tlc. I was there in December and granted, it was one of the cheapest I could find. The staff are doing their best, but the rooms were not a very nice. I was unlucky, as I got a room with out a window. But renovations are needed urgently.

Location right on the beach, good bar and resturant. Nice and hard working staff.

Hot water was turned off for our last 2 days, as the rest of the hotel was empty. Our toilet was not cleaned properly and stains left. On one day the cleaner woke as at 9am to clean our room!

Beach is lovely. Breakfast was ok. Location is perfect. Staff generally friendly.

Typical thai breakfast but no cereal 🥣. Most of the food was warm and not hot unless you got there for 7am. Juice was very watery. Staff had lost the will to live except for one really nice lady.

People leaving towels on sun loungers from the early hours. Staff should remove them!

The price was beyond belief, my fault for leaving it to the last minute to secure accommodation,, over 25000 baht for 3 nights for 2 and an 8 year old.. the place is a dump. Please look elsewhere, don't even consider this place. I feel totally ripped off, end of story.

Different reviews often mention this place lacks any lawn maintenance or upkeep,, I believe it needs a bulldozer before a lawnmower.
