Door locks needed repair. Some lights did not work. The basin was blocked and drained poorly.

The furnishings in the rooms are starting to wear out. Right now there are only minor things (worn furniture, rusty drain grate, broken mirror), but if they don't renovate it soon, it won't be recommendable. Renovation can be done with small money now, but it will cost a lot later.

The resort is in a great location, close to the boat departure point to Railay beach. It has a direct beachfront, private beach. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is polite.

Nice location in middle of ao nang bay. Beach beds are a bit messy, breakfast was ok, resort grounds are a bit outdated/stuck in the 90’s still. It’s on the expensive side for the quality offered. Also the breakfast location is falling apart.

However we stayed for 4 nights without hot water in the shower....I went 2 or 3 times to tell them at the reception but the problem was never solved unfortunately...I hope that they will manage to solve it for future guests .

The location is perfect even the set up of the resort it is amazing..and i loved the shortcut to the beach :) and I can't complain about the breakfast either

I was really happy with this resort. I almost cancelled due to bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and helpful, room was lovely, bed comfy. Breakfasts were great, cocktails were delicious. Location was spot on with shops at front of resort and beach at rear of resort. Handy to long tail for island trips, overall a wonderful stay. Perhaps pool could be a bit cleaner

Breakfast monotonous. I repeatedly asked fir early check in by email as I knew I would aeeuve early. I arrived at 12pm check in was 2pm. I had to wait in the lobby until 2.15 before I was given a room.

I'm afraid this resort is now rather jaded and the food was not great although breakfast was good enough. During our 3 days there our shower head fell off and I went through a board next to our plunge pool. It has a commanding position on Ao Nang beach and a substantial revamp of some of the rooms and common areas would put it back where it probably was 20 years ago. They have good conference facilities and I wonder how much they are focused on that rather than holidaymakers.

We had a lovely Suite and the location is very good. The suite was very spacious and comfortable with good Aircon and very good bed. The beach area is as good as it could be and there was a very attentive man looking after the sunloungers etc.

It’s an old resort and it needs renovation. I didn’t like the location of the breakfast it was dark and miserable. And Ofcourse the gym😂 it was ridiculous and they keep it open till 5:00pm

The location is great! The resort is in the middle of the beach and you have access to everything!
