HungaryThe furnishings in the rooms are starting to wear out. Right now there are only minor things (worn furniture, rusty drain grate, broken mirror), but if they don't renovate it soon, it won't be recommendable. Renovation can be done with small money now, but it will cost a lot later.
The resort is in a great location, close to the boat departure point to Railay beach. It has a direct beachfront, private beach. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is polite.

MaltaHowever we stayed for 4 nights without hot water in the shower....I went 2 or 3 times to tell them at the reception but the problem was never solved unfortunately...I hope that they will manage to solve it for future guests .
The location is perfect even the set up of the resort it is amazing..and i loved the shortcut to the beach :) and I can't complain about the breakfast either

Breakfasts were great, cocktails were delicious. Location was spot on with shops at front of resort and beach at rear of resort. Handy to long tail for island trips, overall a wonderful stay. Perhaps pool could be a bit cleaner

United KingdomI'm afraid this resort is now rather jaded and the food was not great although breakfast was good enough. During our 3 days there our shower head fell off and I went through a board next to our plunge pool. It has a commanding position on Ao Nang beach and a substantial revamp of some of the rooms and common areas would put it back where it probably was 20 years ago. They have good conference facilities and I wonder how much they are focused on that rather than holidaymakers.
We had a lovely Suite and the location is very good. The suite was very spacious and comfortable with good Aircon and very good bed. The beach area is as good as it could be and there was a very attentive man looking after the sunloungers etc.
