Great staff, close to everything and nice and quiet. Motorcycle rental right beside and not difficult to deal with. Will stay again!

Room was dark, very long with only a small amount of daylight, staff pleasant but looked bored, location not so good, walking along the streets was difficult with the traffic and no pavement

The location wasn't the best but the hotel had a free shuttle to the main roads (it couldn't go on main roads) so we used that a few times to save the walk. Its close enough to the main beach/walking street without being in a crowded area.

The room was very spacious! It has a little kitchenette and balcony which we didn't really use as we were only there for 2 nights. The staff were very accommodating when our flight was delayed by 6 hours and moved us into a smaller room (it was all they had available) so we could still shower and store our bags before the flight.

My only downside was i had a room at the rear of the building, so the view, even though it wasn't bad, is always best on the front of a hotel or a sea view.

"RAY" (Cowbytours) booked a group of 5 into KTK Hotel for 2 nights. ALL were blown away by how amazing this hotel was. For the price, i have never had better and in fact, personally, i don't think i have EVER stayed in such a fancy hotel in my life. The rooms are so modern and so big... huge in fact :) Everything was so clean and smart. Reception and all staff were extremely professional. There was an indoor pool, an outdoor pool... and even a GOLF PUTTING GREEN under the building- we noticed this from the outside pool, just a few yards away!!! :)))) I'm guessing the price is so good because it's a small walk away from the main areas but with baht buses, grab taxis etc, it's not an issue at all. When i next return to Pattaya, i'd 100% stay here again and the other 4 friends would too :)

Unfortunately the Air conditioning units for the building were affixed to the exterior wall of my room, so at times it could be slightly noisey.

Everything was above average, The Buffet Breakfast was so good!

we had an amazing stay at KTK Hotel. All the staff were so helpful, and accomadating. We originally booked for 4 nights, and when we decided to stay there the whole month. Even though the hotel was filling up fast, with Chinese New Year fastly approaching we were afraid we were not going to be able to book for the whole time. However, they were so nice, especially a lady named Onnicha, who went out of her way to help us, and we were able to stay the whole time at a discounted rate to boot. Onnicha I can't thank you enough for all you did for us! We were even able to keep the same rooms. We are already planning to return next year at the same time, and will be staying at KTK for sure!
