At the time of my stay, there was lots of construction going on, and I did not like the fact that there was someone in the apartment above me hammering away at , 8 o’clock in the morning.

Everything was great about the property. It is an exceptional location away from all the chaos, but near enough to enjoy. The staff are very friendly and is a very clean serviced hotel with an excellent swimming pool and food menu. They also have a vehicle to take you up the road close to the action.

The main weakness is the reception staff. They are not very kind.

We had dinner in the restaurant with friends one evening some of the portions are a bit small and not good value. I had Green curry which consisted of a very small shallow dish and a portion of rice the taste was, good but way to small for the price. This was, the smallest meal I had in my 4 weeks in Thailand the size, of some of our meals were very inconsistent. We orded room service one evening my wife' had, Tom yum was, okay I ordered the fish and chips not good value at all 2 very small squares of fish 2.1/2 inches sq and quite thin, about 8 string fries, a slice of lemon a small jug of Tartar sauce and a small piece of lettuce Thb250. Go outside to eat this would not feed a small child.

Nice hotel with big rooms, large a refrigerator. Microwave and kettle. The rooms have a small balcony area, with table and chairs it's a great place for drying your clothes or just relaxing. The Swimming pool it was clean and partially shaded. Gym is well equipped and there's a pool table all on the second floor. Nice set up. The staff are, kind friendly and helpful. These a good selection of food for the buffet breakfast and good quality if you buy 10 breakfast vouchers it's only Thb219 each a bit more expensive individualy. Nice restaurant and, sitting area

The Location is ideal, Extremely Comfortable, Great size rooms, the facilities are amazing having a sauna, gym 2 pools which are lush. if i come back to Pattaya KTK is the way forward

Our key cards did not work well, you had to stand and keep trying for a minute. It seems that the machines were low on battery, please check

KTK was a nice hotel in a quiet area away from the hustle of Pattaya.. Has a gym, sauna and 2 pools.

The Toilet was constantly blocked and also Shower had a Issue... Water was blocked there to.. That's why I give 9/10. Otherwise It would have been 10/10. Staff was very helpful with the blockage..

Good sized room with large fridge, Kitchenette, safe in room, very comfy bed and good shower. Room cleaned everyday. Complimentary tea, coffee and bottles of water. Really enjoyed my stay and will book again for xmas.

it was very modern, very clean, but the staff is the heart of this hotel. Great people. 

it was beyond expectations. The rooms were very spacious, modern design. The staff was the friendliest people I’ve ever met. I will be returning for sure. Highly recommended.
