We messaged the guesthouse to say we'd be arriving a little after midnight. They replied saying the front desk was open 24 hours. When we arrived just after midnight the front door was locked and we had to call to get someone to open the door to check in. As planned, we left early before breakfast started the next morning and so cannot comment on the breakfast (included in the room rate) and weren't offered breakfast to go.

Basic guesthouse, 5 min. walking distance from the train station with clean rooms. Good for a short stay if you're arriving late or departing early from Phitsanoluk train station.

The hotel is central and has a very good restaurant. Breakfast was good. The hotel was secure and clean. There was no elevator / lift which meant carrying up bags after a long train journey. Location close to train station and local markets.

No-nonsense, clean, very well-situated large hostel in between the river and train station at a 10min walk. The Ground floor has a restaurant and the roof carries large telecomm-antennas.

No lifts so be ready to walk up a few flights of stairs. Communal hall areas are dark and dated. Check in desk was hard to find, its located at the back of the cafe.

The location of the guesthouse is wrong on google maps and on booking. You have to look for "Lithai Hotel" instead of "Lithai Guesthouse".

staff was very friendly and accommodating. I could store my luggage all day after check out and could then pick it up in the evening when I returned from my day trip. Breakfast was simple but good. Room had everything that is needed and most important, it was clean. Would definitely recommend.

They could maybe propose in room better towels.

For such a cheap price, we can't be picky. So yes, the room was very simple but everything was there for the price. The restaurant downstairs was great. Tasty food and a huge choice in the menu. Cakes were delicious too. Breakfast nice.

Lot of pidgeons and dropping in front of the window, so it is impossible to open. Roomwalls scratched. We booked ( and payed) 2 nights, but left after one.

Very shabby room. Found used toothpick on counter. Room infested with mosquitos. This hotel is not value for money and I would not recommend or return. Common areas dark and dingy. The hotel looks like it is falling apart

Exhilarating! I highly recommended this one, perfect location close to the train station (walking 5 minutes) and airport (geographically), delightful team in the cafe, all staffs are wonderful, self-service laundry shop is couple of minutes away, the surrounding is harmonious! The housekeeping is polite and sweet. Superb!

Just perfect! What a fantastic guesthouse, it’s simple and easy, comfortable bed, hot shower and air conditioner, there is a restaurant downstair where actually you check in there, very nice food and Chinese tea, love it! Highly recommended for anyone!
