Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SingaporeIt is not as central as expected and it’s a roughly 20 minutes walk to e.g the night market through an area where I didn’t really feel comfortable walking alone at night
Really nice hotel, very high standards, nice pool

RomaniaThe bathroom floor wasn’t exactly clean, location is a bit far from the more touristy places and there’s a very wide street you need to cross to get to the other part of the town that doesn’t have crosswalks
Beds are super big and very comfortable, nice shower, good and diverse breakfast , staff super friendly, nice small pool

GermanyA small point for improvement: the air conditioning was quite noisy, and the internet connection was unstable.
We felt very comfortable during our stay. The hotel is well-equipped, the staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, a great experience, and we would stay here again!

NetherlandsTo head into town you have to cross a fairly big road, and there is no pedestrian walkway! It was for us not a big problem to time the cars, but if you don’t like this, you have to get transport into city center. It is a 20 min walk to the clock tower (brisk walking….)
Really nice rooms and comfortable overall. Big shower (but strange with the glass wall to the bedroom, but you can use a curtain) and fancy toilet with washing capabilities:) We first got a room at the end of the corridor, but it was then next to some generator on the outside wall which made bad noises every so often. We had to switch room, just before midnight, but staff were great in helping us switch. Breakfast is good, a man stands and makes eggs to your liking outdoors. Very good bed and for once comfortable pillows.

United KingdomInternet was a bit wobbly, but manager promised to fix it… he was really apologetic and said that they expected the internet provider to deliver their promises a lot the speed etc..
Breakfast was great.. the hotel manager was one of the best we ever met on my travels. He was super helpful and friendly.. asking about our plans for a day… the main surprise was that he was helping his staff during the breakfast and behind the reception….

ThailandHot water doesn't work and there's no staff in the building at night to resolve it. Wifi is impossible to connect to. The AC sounds like a wind turbine in your room and is fixed in the roof, so it blows straight onto the bed and you can't adjust it. But you need it, because the duvet is thick enough for Siberia in mid-winter.
The bed was ok. The place was clean.

ChinaThere is no bar. If you want to order something from the pool on the roof, you must go to the first floor and order; there is no way to order from anywhere other than on the first floor. Food and drinks stop at 9pm. There is nothing in the mini-bar. There are no lights near or above the bed, so if you want to read, have a book with very large print. There are no switches within 2 meters of the bed, so if you want to adjust the lighting, you need to get out of bed. There are no outlets nor usb ports near the bed, so if you want to charge a device and use it while in bed, bring a very long cable. Despite having probably 99% foreigners, the TV has like 12 stations of only Thai crap Despite having probably 99% foreigners, the only thing Western for breakfast is sandwich bread. No cheese, no bacon, ,no omelette, no potatoes/hashbrowns. Very little fruit selection: watermelon and sometimes pineapple or dragonfruit. the heated toilette has about 20 listed instructions on how to use it. In fact, it seems to do everything except actually flush the toilet, which you do manually as with any other toilet. Not sure why there would waste so much money on this rather than improving many other facilities in the rooms and hotel service in general. The town is about a 30 minute walk with really nothing around the hotel. If you want mobility, rent a motorbike for 300/day, which is the best way to get around.
The air conditioner and hot water and shower the best part of the room. Nice, large soft pillows and bed. Staff is friendly

United StatesGood points: Brand new hotel. Super clean and comfortable. Kind staff Bad points: location, a 20 min walk from downtown but you need to cross a wide route with heavy traffic and without traffic lights. So walking is difficult. A taxi costs between 2-3 dollars Restaurant: the menu offered the same pasta dishes during the 4 nights we stayed there and breakfast was basic WiFi: HORRIBLE. It's soo easy to connect to wifi anywhere you go in Thailand but at this hotel, they have a different system for connectivity and the signal is very poor or down most of the time

United KingdomThey have a ridiculous Wi-Fi access that makes it impossible to work from and paper slips they give you for one night if you’ve booked 3nights stay. They need to seriously consider open Wi-Fi if they are to get decent reviews. This is before I review the room! It’s also ridiculous. No light switch next to the bed, basic comfort! Getting out of bed to switch of the lights, boo! A mirror facing bed that’s out of line with a TV. A TV with cutting out single to bad channels you don’t want, no smart access so forget Netflix or anything you may be used to. This place is complete style over consideration. The staff however are much better than the conception of this hotel.
The beakfast. That’s it.
