The general tone of the whole hotel. Firstly no rush to help us get our bags up the flight of steps to get to the reception, confusion on finding my Bookingcom, threatening signs everywhere of fines if you take their food out the restaurant, take too much food at the buffet, take the towels to the beach, lose the card etc. Feels more of a hostel mentality keeping bad tourists in place than a luxury hotel. And to top it off, the Superior Sea view rooms are only worth the extra money if happen to be on the top floor. We were on floor 3 and you can see just the edge of the sea. Lastly the toilet door was a bit of a finger trap and took at least 7 minutes to fill back up each time.

The room was very spacious and had a quite nice design. The room was clean and in a quiet location. Excellent beach in front of the hotel. Staff are friendly.

Didn't receive a welcome drink even though it was stated at the time of booking. We stayed for 3 weeks. The breakfast was the same every day with little choice, you can still expect a good breakfast from a 5 star hotel. The hotel is remote, there are no facilities, no shops and it seems neglected. If you want to go somewhere you have to either rent a car or take a taxi. The taxis… EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!! Not even in Europe do I pay such prices on taxis. I politely asked the reception if they could arrange a meter taxi for me, it turned out that they 'cannot' do that because the taxis only drive around the airport. The airport is 10 minutes from the hotel. They have a contract with a taxi company that charges tourists abrupt prices. We were told that they could negotiate with the taxis about the price, our last day there, that was suddenly no longer possible. I wonder why. No good communication. Staff didn't speak a word of English. The hotel does not want to meet the wishes of their guests. Swimming pool was very dirty, the mattresses of the loungers were not brought inside when it was raining, so could not lie on a clean mattress. The umbrellas were also very rusty and the pool bar looked abandoned and shabby. The Wi-Fi does not work in the whole hotel. Enough staff in the hotel, but nothing was being worked on. Had dinner a couple of times, when we ordered a meal, it was suddenly sold out or they no longer had it. The restaurant took a very long time to prepare our food and the menu is limited there. Each time it got worse. Portions got smaller and the food was served cold. We were allowed to borrow bikes, but very poorly maintained…full of rust and the brakes didn't work. You can easily have an accident with this. We have indicated several times that we could not use it for security reasons. The reception couldn't do anything for us. The hotel really needs to be improved, everything is in need of maintenance. Scandalous this.

Two single beds beds push together to make a big bed was uncomfortable, my sink was blocked and my air conditioning took a long time to work. I kept waking up hot in the night and then I would adjust it & be freezing, maybe it’s just old. also you cannot access the beach if you want to swim and there are no shops in walking distance.

The pool was nice and breakfast was nice. A good place for families due to the colourful children’s swimming pool.

everything was horrible plus it is advertised 5 stars on booking when it is only a 4 start which is completely misleading and I have booked trusting Booking!

the area is might be the worst in whole phuket, it looks like a war zone around the hotel there is no restaurant and the beach is so so dirty we spent only one night and thanks god I would have pack and leave if I had to stay longer, the hotel is around abandoned building around and it is extremely dirty.

the property feels run down from the outside and a bit too isolated. Feels like a ghost town at times and the accessibility of the building left something to be desired.

The welcoming ceremony and the drink they offer are very nice. The swimming pool is spectacular and my room view too. I like the staff too their behavior and attitude was great. Finally, I tired the laundry and also the breakfast. And I want to say that both were spectacular. I will visit this resort again and I totally recommend it. One thing you need to consider, you should bring snacks with you as the resort is noticeably far from facilities such as supermarkets.

Pity for the old derelect hotel in-between part of the resort and the sea otherwise......No Complaints

The resort was great. Great swimming pool. Location great. Would strongly recommend this resort. Breakfast was more than enough choice. Staff very good and friendly. Really helped us out.

The hotel is not well maintained as there are too few staff. There were no personnel in the kids club, the spa or at the gym. There were not enough sun beds for the guests. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. My family and I resorted to eating toast with jam/cereal. The tables were never wiped and there were piles of dishes stacked on tables. There were no tea bags and one had to ask at reception for tea bags. The staff were not friendly and clearly overworked. However, the restaurant staff (not the breakfast staff) were friendly. Overall, I think this hotel has potential, but unfortunately during our stay, we never got to witness this. I would not stay here again. It lacks the Thai hospitality that we experienced at the other hotels we stayed at in Phuket and surrounds.

The room was spacious and well laid~out. The hotel allowed for late check-out (with a small fee) which was extremely helpful for us.
