Every thing was just amazing. The staff is super kind and helpful in every situation. The hotel rooms are super nice and clean. Overall it was one of the best (or the best) hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

If you really want to find something, the fitness aerea could get bigger. Unfortunately it felt a little bit empty, but we’ve been there in low season.

The staff was the nicest ever. Always welcoming us with a big smile. They let us check in early and gave us a free room upgrade. The room was big, clean and elegant. The pool aerea was amazing as the quality of the cocktails. Breakfast with variety and high food quality.

We had a brilliant stay at the Maladee. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout (even offered to prepare us takeaway breakfast for our early start) and the hotel room and pool area was spotless. There were so many little touches we appreciated, such as complimentary afternoon tea, fruit in the room, a complimentary drink with turndown service etc., which went above and beyond what we expected. Just to note it’s a 30-minute walk to Old Town where a lot of the markets are. We enjoyed the walk into town but might not be for everyone.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the sun loungers as they had no mats and were hard to spend any length of time on. Please note however, we are an older couple that need a little more comfort and for a lot of guests, we are sure this would not be an issue. The sun loungers were large and of good quality (just no mats)!

This hotel has the best staff - they are all wonderful, polite and very helpful. The hotel is very, very clean and the room we had was absolutely lovely. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. I celebrated my birthday at the hotel and housekeeping decorated the bed and left me a bead bracelet as a gift (so thoughtful and a lovely thing for me to have as a keepsake). The pool is very nice and the Jacuzzi is heated. The terrace bar is a lovely place to sit and have a drink and we were very well looked after by the bartenders - so attentive and always happy to give us their time. Breakfast is served in either an air conditioned restaurant or on the outside terrace (whichever you prefer) both being a lovely place to sit and eat. There was a good selection of breakfast foods and quality was high. We loved our stay and would happily recommend this hotel and the wonderful staff.

From check-in until check-out, everything was high-level. The staff is also professional. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed to rest all day and all night. Breakfast is good and delicious, and dinner is very good. They do everything to make you feel comfortable, and they are open to every change.

- The pool is VERY cold, we didn't end up using it much! - The jacuzzi is warm but not totally clean, there were some feathers etc in there - The restaurant does let it down a bit, the chicken was always overcooked.

- Some of the best service I've had at a hotel! They don't let you lift a finger. There's always someone nearby, ready to assist you with anything. Everyone is so friendly and goes the extra mile. - Very accommodating with food, eg they had a halal menu - Lovely breakfast options - GORGEOUS hotel, the pool area is stunning - Daily activities at the hotel - Rooms are so pretty, I loved the robes! - Very clean and staff are so helpful, they installed google chromecast when we asked to - Dyson hairdryers!! Such a treat

Although it was a somewhat newer hotel we were slightly disappointed with the state of the unit bathrooms, there was mildew and not much light to see yourself in the mirror. To put it in other words, it seemed it was in need of a little care and repair.

The best part was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The most memorable of them being Kong and Fairy. We appreciated the daily healthy beverage brought to us. The room was comfortable. The facilities were, overall, nice and clean.

Our only criticism is that the breakfast and beer felt very expensive compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in in Asia

We loved it so much - the hotel was modern, everything felt so clean and fresh, our room was great and had no trouble with mosquitos at all. The turndown service is really cute. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. Fantastic stay.

The hotel was really nice, the pool was beautiful with a jacuzzi and the room was clean and comfortable. For the breakfast, it was a semi-buffet with a lot of different choices and Thai specials which were all delicious and great for photos. Highly recommended.
