class was missing. passage is narrow and somewhat dark. though room is cleaned daily other services give a miss. the going rate is 1300 BHT. tv set was hardly working.

They offer a transfer to Phi Phi Islands, but the information provided didn’t quite match what we got. The receptionist said we would leave at 7 am (she said it would be better for us to get to the reception at 6:40 am to wait) and the ferry would leave at 8:30 am. We paid 700 Bath for this. What actually happened is that we were picked up at ~7:45 am (at this point, we were afraid we would miss the ferry because, according to Google Maps, the trip would take ~45 min because of traffic). When we got to the port, the driver just dropped us, gave a paper with our names to a person of the ferry company and left. We had to ask for out tickets ourselves (it wasn’t easy because the place was packed with people asking for information as well), which is ok but, normally, when you buy these “service packs”, they give you your ticket and explain all the process. Important thing to say: the ticket, if you buy by yourself, is 400 Bath. Which means they charged 300 Bath for the transfer itself (a Grab or Bolt was ~400 bath). If you’re alone, it’s worth, but we weren’t. The name of the ferry company is Sea Angel Cruise. Ok, then we waited there for an hour after we could board on the ferry. Basically, when the ferry left, it was ~11 am. This ferry didn’t go straight to Phi Phi, it took a little detour for us to just see the Maya Bay and Viking’s Cave, which was nice. In the end, we arrived in PhiPhi at ~1 pm. In the end, what I mean with this long review is that the lack of information sucks. We were expecting to get to Phi Phi at 10:30 and enjoy the end of the morning there but couldn’t. And, the fact that you don’t know what’s happening sucks so much and gets you stressed.

The only bad thing is the very small shampoo and shower gel they give you. If you take more than one shower a day, the shower gel might not be enough.

The staff was amazing. The rooms are nice and clean. It looks new and modern inside the room. Hotel has elevators and a pool table. Great hotel for the price.

The lack of soundproofing from the outside. There is building work that wouldn’t allow me to sleep in after a night out (as at Feb 2024)

The hotel is nice and about a 20 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Patong beach. I did book a deluxe room that was huge and had a balcony. Clean and welcoming with great staff.

Very nice staff ! They will help you during your stay. We’ve enjoyed the location also. 15/20 min walk to the main Patong street and to the beach. Easy to go from the airport with the bus (ask them to drop your nearby). You have a lot of scooters rental nearby, and a calmer area there (and near a street with French people)

Bed a little hard but fine for a few nights!

Lovely little room with bathroom. near the strip but far away enough to not hear the noise. Lots of cafes and restaurants near the hotel. Staff lovely and friendly. Room was also ready early so that was a bonus

The balcony didn't have any mountain view as described. We could see into the house of another person when we were in the balcony. The breakfast option is very limited and we didn't find much food for the rest of the day. The bikes at rental were unavailable.

Good ventilation, clean room, room bigger than most of the options in the area, bathroom was clean and had a great shower with hot water all through the day. Staff was very helpful.
