United KingdomEasy to list things not so good about this hotel. I couldn’t think of anything no matter how I try.
First and most important thing to mention in my review is the excellent staff. All of the staff are so friendly and each of the teams are very smartly dressed in their respective uniforms making them look so professional. You can clearly see the restaurant and pool bar teams work together as a team to ensure the guests are receiving a first class customer service. A special mention to all of the Azure Pool Bar team Hafiz, Sunshine, Nana, Aom, Selena, Honey and Key for the friendly service we received from them every day, especially Sunshine who is aptly named. To keep my review short I’ll just list some of the other things that were good about this hotel: Cleanliness, good housekeeping, nice food with a good selection, good location, nice sized rooms and the bed is amazingly comfortable.

We stayed here me and my wife for 3 days. The hotel was at patong which is near to most attractions specially the beach. The check in was smooth. We were giver a Karkadeyh drink during our check in 🍸. The room was comfy and our room had a balcony with a direct view to the swimming pool. We tried their room dine in service which was delicious 😋. I recommend the place for anyone who want to stay at patong.
