Nothing to be negative about. When we ate in the restaurant the air condition was a little cold however the staff turned it down to accommodate us.

This is an amazing hotel. The staff are all attentive and obliging. The property is amazing and would definitely book to come again.

The villas need maintenances is overused and bathroom was rusted and a lot of insects in the villa and the price over rated for this condition for 5 star hotel i would expect better than this hope they consider my comment start fixing the hotel was full because of wedding party and with rainy weather the hotel room service could not manage other people request

I like all the people who's working there they are very nice people. I have my dog with me. my dog love it and so happy I wake up every morning and run with my dog there was the best weekend I had. The was good resting place and people is very kind .

Booked Executive room but had tons of bugs in the evening so had to move to another downgraded standard room and the beds were two single placed together. Could not sleep comfortably.

It was so hot in the room. Room was spacious but the air conditioner is not big enough to support the room size. Probably not ideal to come during summer. Food was meh and overpriced.

Nothing. We loved the place. Maybe as suggestion, put more international cuisine in the menu, but overall, it was great, especially the breakfast buffet! Perfect!

We love the ambiance, the cosiness, very pleasant. Beautiful hotel, beautiful scenery, friendly staff especially the 62yo housekeeping manager. Very helpful.

The price obviously, is something that one thinks twice about. But it is absolute value for every baht spent.

Well, if you want to visit fairyland, then this is the place for you to come to. From the moment we first saw the pictures of the property on the net, we had decided to splurge and stay here. The property actually went one better; it actually surpassed our expectations. Every inch of the property screamed 'luxury' and yet there was an overwhelming sense of calm. There are so many picture perfect views on the property that you can never feel you have captured enough snapshots. Cartoon, the friendly restaurant manager, went out of her way to arrange vegetarian breakfast for us, for which we are deeply thankful. All in all, you cant go wrong with anything here.

"When I checked in, I found that the room didn't match what was shown in the Booking app. The staff said the app had the wrong picture. If I wanted a room like the one in the picture, I had to pay an upgrade fee of 1,000 baht per night. I had to talk to the manager about this issue , then he offered to upgrade the room for free. The bathroom had a bad smell, the breakfast was poorly prepared, and it wasn't worth the money I spent."
