Highly recommended! A truly fantastic, quiet and chilled family run property. The bungalows are well appointed, comfortable, clean and are all arranged around lovely natural gardens, some with sea views. Great food served in the open air restaurant overlooking the beach. Waitress served breakfast with fresh fruit platter and large choice of continental and cooked to order options is the perfect start to the day. Laid back and well stocked beach bar with plenty of sun loungers and seating - perfect setting to relax during the day and watch the sun go down with a cool beverage! The beach BBQ with fresh fish and seafood was an extra bonus. All the staff were wonderful - extremely friendly and helpful. Easy 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Would highly recommend for a relaxing stay in a great location right on the beach.

The immediate beach is rocky and swimming only possible at high tide, but rock free beach available 500 metres away.

Small resort right on the beach. Staff was wonderful. We loved all the birds in the morning and the mojitos on the beach after a long day exploring. A nice balance of comfort and real Thai charm.

Breakfast options seemed limited (was easier to just get some fruit and yoghurt from the street) and no coffee in reception whereas other hotels often provide coffee for small charge or free during the day. I gave this feedback to the manager. There was a very annoying bird (the most annoying bird in Thailand called a Koel) who loved to make noise as early as 430am. It didn't bother me at all as I sleep through anything. I also wasn't bothered by the regular call to prayer that the local mosque was broadcasting on speakers. It was far away. Some guests really didn't like the bird. These birds are everywhere and even in Bangkok, but you'll start to think they are following you around the country. He wasn't there every morning so it's not really a big deal and it's nature so deal with it ;)

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, lots of loungers by the beach for hotel guests only (and staff were good at enforcing this rule by asking visitors from the beach to sit elsewhere), good massage service, reasonable Happy Hour pricing, easy scooter rental. The beach access was fine - and you do need to walk a few hundred meters North past the special sticks to get to an excellent walking beach. Swimming is fine at high tide but watch out for rocks. The swimming is better just up the beach or beyond the rocks.

The beach at this end has sharp rocks so you need care getting in and out. That's the only drawback

Right on the beach, a beautiful setting. Just no pool! But we knew that going in. It was great here, and the main staff spoke great English. The breakfast was great, and you could get lunch/dinner at the bar, which was pretty good too. Short walk to other restaurants.

- manager and all staff so lovely, especially Maprang! She goes above and beyond for every guest and wants to make sure everybody is happy. I wasn’t very well on the day we had to check out and she even spoke to the taxi driver so he was aware which was really lovely. Bar and massage staff so friendly too. A member of staff even helped us when we couldn’t get our moped started - we let them know it was our honeymoon when booking and upon check in we saw a lovely swan arrangement and noticed we were put in a bungalow with a great view which again was so lovely and we felt very special - breakfast is good and simple, made fresh and a fruit platter provided every morning! We tried the Thai breakfast too which was great. And what a view at breakfast! - rooms and layout of the resort are gorgeous and I feel the photos don’t do it justice! We walked through a few other 3* accommodations nearby for yoga class or a drink and thought Nautilus was miles better. So much greenery, it feels really tropical - the beach in front of the hotel feels private as it is at the end of Long Beach! - gorgeous sunsets every night - great with a cocktail (loved the cocktails) - we enjoyed dinner at the hotel twice too and it was delicious - loved the bathroom! - bed sooo comfy - loved the furniture on the terrace - some of our favourite moments were reading and playing cards on there listening to the birds - efficient laundry service too, and can book trips ans taxis at reception

We loved how quaint and cozy this resort was, surrounded by the sounds of nature and just steps away from the ocean. The rooms were clean and stocked with everything we would need, bed very comfortable, and in a relaxing environment. I loved the beautiful outdoor bathroom and being able to take a cool shower listening to the birds!

There wasn’t much to improve, but if I had to mention something minor, it would be great to have an iron available for guests to use. Also, a better shower option for guests who have already checked out would be a nice addition.

Of course you have to accept the sea is not great due to the rocks but we knew that and still managed to swim plus it provided reasonable snorkeling. Also it is a 3star place so it not plush but quite acceptable.

Bohemian charm and everything immediately nearby. A charming place with a lovely relaxed atmosphere, we loved it. The food was excellent Good sized villa with very nice balcony

This hotel is really a hidden gem of the island. I stayed 3 nights and prolonged for one more, only because they were fully booked. Otherwise I’d stay more. The hotel located right on the beach further from the crowds and has a beautiful garden, it’s very cozy at night. It has a coziest little bar and massage bar on the property. This is such a lovely place, it’s giving CUTE 🥰 and very chill. And staff is amazing! Thank you Maprang for all your help with everything, you’re really a soul of the place and shine like a sunshine ☀️ I now moved to a different hotel on Ko lanta and the difference is so huge. Already missing all the great vibes and you all lovely people. FYI for swimming go closer to the sticks, it’s not rocky there

Great hotel, right on the beach! The rooms are nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful, and helped us arrange transfers. Great location in a quieter part of Long Beach, but with still a lot of places to go out for drinks and dinner around. Definitely recommend!
