ThailandUnfortunately there were some plastic in the stream but i took the initiative to get rid of them. So i suggest the staff to clean it weekly. Shower head was a bit wobbly and water pressure wasn't strong enough. Not a big issue apart from the plastic in the stream which was a little bit disappointing.
Love the quietness, the beauty lil stream with fishes, beautiful jungle, friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, heater in the tent was a nice touch. Overall an awesome place to stay and getaway from our hectic life in the city!

SingaporeStayed for 2 nights, the first night was not as pleasant as the entrance into the tent /cabin was leaking due to the heavy storm. Desperate measures of using the trash bins to contain the leakage. However, the housemaids were efficient during the day in cleaning up the room, we came back to a fresh room. Thank you. The second night was amazing, with great weather accompanied by insects and several resident bunnies. Overall a great experience!
Easy to locate on the mountains, will strongly recommend guest to drive if visiting, ample parking available at the entrance. Breakfast was sumptuous, a single portion of American breakfast, and porridge with fresh ingredients. The staff was polite and friendly, tend to our needs promptly. Amazing stay!

United KingdomThere’s barely any staff working at the hotel, maybe just two people. It feels like a ghost town. The staff are not very attentive and have poor English, so there’s problems with communication. This is the first hotel in Thailand I’ve had this issue. The breakfast is not good. We were very hungry but didn’t even finish it. We asked for coffee with our breakfast, and they just left it upstairs and didn’t even bring it down to us. Very poor service. The hotel looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time and is quite run down and dirty. There are plastic cups on tables that were there the day before and haven’t even been thrown away. It seems like there isn’t daily cleaning of the hotel. A disappointing stay.
The location is quite good and it’s nice to listen to the stream at night. The bed is also very comfortable. The room itself is comfortable and is quite romantic for couples. Very quiet and peaceful.
