Our room was not like the pictures, it seem a lot older, from the furniture to the paint on the walls. It seems that it need some care and it was very different from the pictures on booking. Another bad point was the comfort, specially the bed. The bed was far from comfortable, we spent two nights in that hotel and the day we left we had a sore back. Another not so good point was the breakfast, from our experience in Thailand we have a choice on the breakfast for a Thai or international breakfast. In the space hotel only the Thai breakfast was available. It’s ok that only the Thai breakfast is available, however, I think this should be referenced in the booking page. The Thai breakfast in comparison with other hotels where we stayed was really poor in terms of choice. The staff was helpful, as an European there is always a barrier in language, in some places more than others, I didn’t felt that barrier being bigger or smaller than other places in Thailand.

The hotel was very clean, everything was impeccable regarding cleanliness in my opinion this was the strongest point of the Hotel.

Breakfast doesn't have any bread or eggs! Only coffee with biscuits and fruit. The boiled rice option was not ok for us. Very basic facilities in the room. But breakfast was a major disappointment.

Really disappointed with this place. The room itself wasn't bad but could have been better. What was most annoying was the fact that they said breakfast is included and it ended up being a few pieces of fruit and coffee/tea! Such a rip off!

Breakfast was terrible, only small dry cookies with non veggie rice soup. Fruit was not always available. It stinks at the rooms we had. People were friendly but did not understand you.

Cold feeling. Cleaning lady was very ill mannered and room was dirty. We had to ask receptionist to change our room but it was not any better. No paper roll in toilet and view from hotel was worse. Pigeons near windows and you could hear people from next room. sound isolation of walls not good. bath cabin very small. Hotel needs renovation and complimentary breakfast just forget about it. Not worth it at all. just buy from nearest 7-eleven which is about some 20 mins walk away from hotel.

Very disappointed with the breakfast that I paid extra for. Very limited options. Gym equipment was faulty. Cables on exercise station were off the pulleys rendering them unusable. I did refit the pulleys myself as I have some experience with them

The room is very, very old. Walls scuffed up, air conditioning looking like it was about to fall off. There are no plastic bags in the garbage bins (which is funny, because at every streetfood you get food in 2 plastic bags), so it's not about ecology. Weird rice soup for breakfast, instant coffee (terrible) and fruit (good). but the worst thing - in the morning I go to the bathroom and there is a HUGE COCKROACH sitting on a towel and waving its antennae. he doesn't want to know where he came from, because there are no windows there. Basically, I closed the door and abandoned all the things I had in the bathroom (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, conditioner, etc.). It cannot be said that it is a matter of a bargain price -> for 700 Bathow I slept in cute, clean places in Thailand and I could not say a bad word.

Personal does not speak English so it is not easy to solve any problem. Bathroom was not good ventilated and you could smell the humidity.

Located close to the bus station and night market. Price is really convenient.

the bed sheets weren’t clean, we found hairs on the bed when we arrived. the breakfast isn’t a breakfast at all. there were no bread or juice just rice boiled and coffee. good price for short stay but wouldn’t recommend for long stay.
