The beds were too hard for our liking

The food was good, pool was lovely and the location was walking distance to bangla and the beach which we enjoyed. We were also far enough from bangla so we didn’t hear the music. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The shower always leaked water, after showering there would be puddles of water on the floor. My kid broke a glass and i was charged 50baht extra .... over and above all, the lady outside doing the tours is amazing and very friendly

The location is very central, about a 15 minutes walk to the beach and the pool is amazing. Try the spa as well

Some doors were slamming really bad that woke us up several nights

Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was disturbed by noisy neighbors who were jumping into the pool late at night, causing disruptions. While this wasn't the fault of the staff, it affected our overall experience negatively.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and having direct access to the Jacuzzi was a fantastic perk. The staff was incredibly friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, adding convenience to our overall wonderful stay

The decor was very nice, they upgraded my room to pool access which was exceptional. Only stayed one night waiting for another hotel but will be staying there next near.

The Buffet breakfast was very basic. Could do with a re vamp of breakfast. We paid for the buffet breakfast but after the first two days we had it, it was the same thing day in and day out, so we ended up having breakfast somewhere else for more of a variety

Room was a bit musty but we did notice they are renovating some rooms so hopefully next time we get one of those

Location is perfect, 5 mins to Bangla road and 6 mins to the beach. Pool was perfect. Easy to book activities at the counter.

Breakfast can be improved.

The entire facility is great. Supportive staff. Clean. Beautiful place. Some great places for taking photos if you want. The pool is big and clean. Overall, I had a good experience.

Some noice from hospital ambulance and police siren as both are across the road although I think thats a good thing!

I have stayed here before very friendly staff and good location away from the noise of downtown but can walk to beach and Bangla Rd in 10-15 minutes.pool good,room service good,plenty of taxi’s nearby,lady offering day trips neat hotel Zusie very helpfull! I have stayed before and would stay again!

Bathrooms very low water pressure and when you take bath water will flow down from all corners of bath tub making bathroom full of water. very old decor and small old tv.

1. I guess the property is bit old , room architecture and things were old 2. We asked to get our room cleaned but they cleaned only bed and replaced towels. Nothing else 3. Breakfast choices are very limited But I guess these things can be ignored .

1. Clean property 2. Most of the stuff members were amazing 3. Right outside the resort, you will find the booth to book taxi, bike or places you want to visit. She provided us genuine information, rates and transportation. 4. Spacious room 5. Pool looked good tho I didn’t use it 6. Location is amazing , walkable to Bangla road or good restaurants. Beach is also just walking distance from resort. So late night walk is possible to resort. No need to book tuktuk or any other transportation.

The gym isn’t the best.
