Nice place at the river. Short walk to Friday market, short way to weekend streetmarket. Morning with simple breakfast, huge terrace, fridge to use in front of the room. We had fan room which was -even in hot season- ok.

Be aware that the walls are thin and you hear everything what's going on around you. Cars, dog barking, the neighbors talking and doing things, etc. I slept well and it wasn't a problem for me but especially in the morning it wasn't really quiet anymore.

The apartment is well equipped, there's even a comfy chair and TV. I slept very well, mattress is as hard as I like. AC also did its job. Bathroom is small but totally fine. If you want to live in a wooden house, I highly recommend this place.

The host are so welcoming and they are very helpful, we had many talks which was really nice. The guesthouse is amazing and is built in a teak Thai style and it has such a calming and peaceful feel about it. It is located in a quiet area. "Once" looks over the river and has a very well kept garden, lovely size room, clean, good bed, TV, good bathroom/shower, tea/coffee facilities in the room, bottle water and a complentry breakfast: tea/coffee/ toast/ biscuits served on the balcony overlooking the river. It is easy to walk anywhere from the guesthouse and see all the great temples and at the end of the day back to a relaxing accommodation. Thankyou for a wonderful stay

Traditional rooming comes with wooden texture everwhere, its so cozy and calm at night but its never really bright/light inside the rooms. Sound insulation is not like a concrete building. It's expected but worth mentioning.

Amazing unique texture and design all around. Its a traditional historic feeling with everything modern and functional. Breakfast technically was not included yet we had everything to prepare some, compilmentary from the guesthouse. Super kind and neat couple runs the place always around and helpful with everything. Guesthouse side has its own porch, the feeling was rather exciting to be there.

I wouldn't even know where to start... The location is incredible, central yet in a peaceful, residential part of the centre. The house itself looks incredible, very symbiotic with the surrounding and town's soul. The accommodation promises surrender to the nature yet remains comfortable and cozy. And lastly, most importantly, the hosts are beyond sweet and accommodating. I've felt super taken care of and enjoyed chitchatting with them in breaks between sightseeing. If you need a reliable driver to take you to any nearby sights (for example, I went to Wat Chaloem Phra Kiat) just ask the owner and he'll be able to arrange it for you.

near by the riverside. convenient and you can get to the Wat Pratu Pong and Wat Pratu Ton Phueng by walk. The room is well decorated, make you feel like living in a treehouse. I love it.
