The couple that run this hostel are so lovely, made me feel really welcome especially as a solo traveller and being nervous. The beds are not bunks and they feel really private, the bathroom is in the dorm making it easier than a seperate room but further away enough so you cannot hear when trying to sleep. Room is perfect temperature at night too. this place is faultless and if I am ever in Chiang Mai again i will be coming back!

Only thing that I missed was access to filtered drinking water. They sell big bottles but it’s just not great for the environment. Other than that, a great hostel.

I couldn’t find anything to dislike about the property.

Everything was finished to high standards. The rooms were modern and the communal area was somewhere you would want to hang out. The owners are lovely, open and transparent about everything. Making it such a homey stay. It’s a calm hostel where you can meet likeminded people. Not everyone is social and there isn’t any organised events, but they do sometimes go for dinner with the group.

This is the best Hostel I stayed in Thailand ever. It’s newly renovated (June 2024), the pictures are 100% legit. The beds are great and the blankets heavenly, I really need one of those at home Jenny and Fabien are the best hosts imaginable. They are super friendly and helpful with all your needs

Fabian and Jenny did a great work on that hostel. The bed is quite confortable and bigger than normal. On the ground floor there is a cozy environment where you can order a drink and food under aircon. I liked very much that coffee.. The entire day they have good and pleasant music and at night you can enjoy a movie on Netflix if you want. I got surprised because I was a bit frustrated with other hostels in the city.

This is one of the best ‘hostels’ I’ve ever stayed in. Jenny & Fabien were amazing hosts. The hostel is so welcoming, comfortable, fresh, chill and clean. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom facilities were perfect. Breakfast cooked by Jenny every morning was top quality for a low cost. Jenny & Fabien were so helpful to me during my stay. Stayed as a customer, left as a friend. Would highly recommend this hostel to everyone.

Jenny and Fabien are very friendly hosts. The bed is very comfortable. I had good sleep every night. The breakfasts I ordered are very delicious! The laundry service is very convenient. They really put all their hearts into this hostel. I am very happy to chat with them so I get to know more about Thai and French culture.

Absolutely fantastic hostel - perfect for backpackers and really great location! The facilities are amazing, and the beds are so comfortable and I had the best night’s sleep. I was in a hostel just up the street, and I’m so glad I moved to One Life instead. Fabien and Jenny are so lovely, and really looked after me, especially as I was unwell during my stay. They’re super sociable and they showed me round the local market :) to top it off, they have the most wonderful Shiba Inu called Kawa! She’s incredibly friendly and loves visitors. Make sure you get the breakfast and the mango iced tea! I honestly can’t thank Fabien, Jenny and Kawa enough for my stay. I would not consider staying anywhere else in Chiang Mai!
