Too noisy and hectic at breakfast (too many people and/or restaurant too small), no hangers for the towels in the bathroom, bad smell in the bathroom from the drain in the floor. Rather at the upper limit in terms of price. We would come again but not during peak season.

Resraurant relatively expensive, and since the location is somewhat isolated other dining options are limited. You could walk on the beachand find more restaurants, but at night it is not the most convenient walk

Excellent hotel. Lovely location on a beautiful clean beach with several casual beach restaurants within a 5 minute stroll where you can easily get a table to eat a cheap meal and watch the sunset. There are also other nice beach bars a short drive away e.g. Memories beach bar. Spacious room with huge bed, and travel cot provided for our baby. Good breakfast with lots of choice and eggs cooked to order. Staff were always extremely friendly and attentive. We really liked the little kids club which was a nice room to take our baby after breakfast to play. You can’t leave them there under the age of 4, but there are staff there who will play with the babies so at least we could sit back for a few minutes. I would say I’m not sure how great the kids club would be for older kids. They do scheduled activities e.g. kite flying on the beach for an hour which would be fun for older kids but outside of those activities I think the room might be a bit small and baby-focussed for older kids. Maybe it’s because we were there outside of school holidays so there weren’t loads of older kids. One point for improvement is that the toilet in our room could have been cleaner. It’s as though the cleaners never put the lid down to clean behind the lid. The toilets by the pool could also have been cleaned more frequently. Otherwise the cleanliness was very good. The air conditioning in our room was also very noisy; we probably could have asked for someone to try to fix this but I couldn’t be bothered with people doing that during our stay. However these are very minor points and we really enjoyed the hotel. The lobby is very impressive and the general feel of the hotel is well maintained and modern. Be aware there are oddly no lifts. We had a room on the second floor so had to carry our pram up and down two flights of stairs every time we took it out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and would like to return myself.

We loved everything about our stay.

Top end resort. Just the right size. Very peaceful and relaxing. Lovely surroundings. Staff were excellent, very attentive. Made our honeymoon special. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. The restaurant and bar were high quality, drinks reasonable (especially happy hour), food was excellent value.

There are no stores near by. You can take a 20 min ride taxi to the nearest town but it is very very small . Few local restaurant and 7/11's .

Wonderful staff, the place is spotless, gardening and cleaning around the clock. Nice restaurants on the beach. Great swimming pool and private beach.you can use the kayak or sup for no extra charge. Peaceful place for a quiet vacation.

Secluded and on a quit beach without all the tourists and noise. Hotel has everything you need, they also kindly help to organize transfers. The staff was very nice.

Diversity of the menu was a little poor. Breakfast was of average quality (bread was stale and eggs were non organic and watery). The sewage smell across the property was a bit overpowering. It was unbearable in our bathroom when the AC or candle were off.

Location is a fair way out so you are a little bit of a captive audience. There is a shuttle into town but only goes a couple of times in the late afternoon. More shuttle times would make a big difference. Unfortunately no decent coffee available. There are machines at breakfast but they produce fairly ordinary coffee.

Really comfortable rooms with a fantastic restaurant and bar situated around the pool right on the beach. Plenty of sunloungers and lots of shade options too. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and welcoming.

Could have had a few more watersports available - windsurfing, tandem canoe etc. but not a big deal.

Loved the staff!! They made the stay amazing. Nothing was a problem, they were always smiling and engaged - they genuinely enjoy working at the resort so it's a credit to management to have such a happy team. Ae at Reception, Krit and Zaza and team in the restaurants and Sa, Shane, Baw and the lads at the pool hut were standout staff. Amongst a team of fantastic staff.

Rooms were spacious, well appointed with comfortable bed and large bathroom, breakfast was buffet with enough choice for our 6 day stay. Staff were excellent, beach was long and clean (no sunbeds) except in hotel area (under trees which was perfect) Pool area lots of sunbeds, clean, towels provided and although hotel is a taxi ride to main town area/market there were 2-3 bars restaurants within walking distance along beach.

There wasn’t really anything that we dislike about the hotel, some improvement for kids entertainment around and about the pool for younger kids would make it perfect.

Nice beach just by walking distance, friendly and helpful staff, super kid-friendly environment, it was great that hotel had a weekly base mosquito treatment, we didn’t experience any mosquito bites and discomfort around there, food was really nice and fresh, good breakfast and nice buffets
