Room was bit dated, aircon leaked badly, but was fixed quickly. No smoking resort even not allowed to smoke on your private terrace.

Good location in central PHI Phi with plenty of restaurants, shops and other services to choose. Walking distance to anywhere, pier is 3-4 min away from hotel. Nice pool, however not to much sunshine next to the pool due to tall buildings.

The beds were just too hard we asked for a mattress topper but none were available, the swim up bar is also cash only which is a bit of a pain when your in a swimming costume.

Ideal location, the bellboys that met us to take our luggage from the ferry port to the rooms were 10/10 superb lads, check in was easy and quick, no issues on arrival, the rooms were clean, but in need of a small re-furb, we has booked three rooms, two were upstairs, one was a swim up room, the pool was clean and warm. our whole party of 5 adults and one child aged 22 months had no issues at all, we enjoyed our stay here.

I had some problems I check in. They didn’t have the category of room that I booked and tried to put me into something else after I refused. I had to wait five extra hours until another room was finally ready for me.

Le petit déjeuner est servi jusqu’à 10:00 et non 10:30 comme la plupart des hôtels . They don’t do you take away breakfast when you have an excursion and have to leave the hotel early , which mean that we wasted two breakfasts, we paid for something we couldn’t enjoy, it’s such a shame !

There was some noise from the kitchen I could hear from the room, but was able to sleep. Beds are hard but this seems to be a common theme in Thailand.

It would need some maintenance, especially the pool side. Kids pool did not work, the pool ribs were so fragile of the sun that broke under feet. Since there are abandoned buildings next to, the smell from there is not nice walking through the corridors.

Breakfast is pretty simple, preferred to eat outside. Also, it's quite loud at night with the drains and cats around.
