Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This was an extraordinary place to stay. Nice rooms, great service and individual breakfast. The owner/host and the other two ladies are so charming and helpful- they really make the stay very special. Penjai is a wonderful host and I felt sad to leave this place!

I booked as always on reviews which have sometimes been misleading. I like to think I give objective and representative reviews to inform others. This is the only stay which I have ever given a 10. The room was large with a big bathroom, large bed and plenty of storage space. It also had a balcony, security safe and mini fridge. The air conditioning is modern quiet and efficient. The area and hotel are very quiet. The owner manages the hotel and is super proactive and helpful as are the staff who work there, all really lovely ladies. The laundry service is very cheap, good and efficient. Beach towels are also provided at no extra charge, an extremely friendly place to stay and for a very good price. If anyone is not happy staying here they would not be happy staying anywhere.

This is a fantastic little homestay, it's super clean and very comfortable. Lovely caring staff and the owner made us feel very welcome. We loved it so much, we extended our stay 2 more nights It is situated at the best location on Cha am beach. Quite and peaceful with plenty of food options near by The beach is beautiful and well worth visiting if your heading south.

ThailandA little frustrated as the map that was offered on the Booking .Com site showed the hotel on the opposite stretch of the beach, closer to Hua Hin, so we were confused about the location and upon arrival had to call for directions. Might check to see if they corrected the problem before booking if specific location on the beach is important to you.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was good and soft too.

ThailandVery very nice hotel, exceptionally clean, with well decorated rooms in pleasant colour schemes and good quality furniture. The beds and linen are outstanding and very comfortable. Great location in a quiet Soi just off the beach, but close by to restaurants and a 7/11 store. The owner and staff were delightful, very nice, really kind and helpful. Lovely people. I can truthfully say this is one of the best value and cleanest hotels I have stayed for the price it's exceptional value. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
