A bit issue with hot water

Palm Pran Resort is an excellent home base for exploring the Pran Buri region. It is a very quiet location, but accessible by motor bike or car to all the local attractions. The breakfast choices were very nice, and the room was comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn’t want to leave!

Breakfast was very limited. Some cereal and maybe even a Thai option would improve it significantly.

A lovely, friendly hotel set in pretty grounds with a very nice pool. Very relaxing atmosphere for guests, attractive and clean rooms set up for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Little bit remote as we had no transport. However, taxi to the National Park was a great option and we spent a fabulous day there. Hadn't appreciated that we were so far from the beach but pool made up for it

Breakfast needs more attention and variety

Quiet country location with access to beach with scooters rentable. Owners Aa and husband will take you to bus or train stations. Pool is outstanding. Safe and clean

The location between palm trees and ponds are very nice and relaxing. The staff were very kind, the manager was so kind and took me to train station. I also rented a scooter motorbike which was perfect.

- Super clean and rooms are so big and private We stayed in the house with 2 big bedrooms and 2 big bathroom, the living room was great and cozy too - Shower area was nice and spacious, water was strong - Nice and beautiful swimming pool - The palm trees make the scenery looks so green and comfortable for the eyes, Refreshing and relaxing - Kind and friendly staffs

We would have liked more variation in the breakfast offerings, in terms of cooked food. When you stay more than one night you can get a bit bored when there isn’t much choice. Maybe a Thai breakfast would be good, like a rice porridge. I know that the cost for breakfast is cheap but we would have been happy to pay a little more to get more selection.

One of the best swimming pools we have ever experienced. Doesn’t look that amazing but it’s always the perfect temperature and it’s great that its salt water. Could do with some more pool furniture but apart from that, it’s great. The staff are super friendly, esp the manager/ owner. Very helpful. The free ice thing is a wonderful idea we really appreciated.

The help and availability from the manager and staff. They helped us book tickets, suggested restaurants and aided with transportations. The room is big and clean, the pool and garden are marvelous.

Everything was beautiful. And the service amazing. We were there for our honeymoon and they helped us get to see everything we wanted and get to our next destination. Just amazing people.

the location meant that booking grabs/taxis was a difficulty if you impromptu wanted a ride somewhere.

The room was fantastic as was the property. The staff were all incredibly helpful and the manager was very nice and exceptionally accommodating. She helped us book taxis/mopeds for our day activities prior to our arrival. It was also very close to the national park which was our main reason for booking!

they cleaned the room very throughly putting all our clothes back in bags that got mixed up. Not a terrible problem but was a bit annoying.

It had a lovely swimming pool and because it wasn’t busy it felt like our own private pool. The staff were really lovely and helpful. they made vegan options for us and picked us up from the bus and dropped us back there, helping buy our tickets for onward travel.

First of all I would like to thank the owner, because she was very kind and very helpful, suggesting many restaurants in the area, taking care of us in an excellent way. The staff was also very nice to us. The rooms are very spacious, extremely clean and quiet; sleeping here at night was a real pleasure. The location is perfect, in a few minutes you reach the beach and all the main attractions are close. I think this resort nestled in the palm grove is an authentic hidden gem of the highest quality. Thanks again and see you soon again !!!
