There is no swimming pool, but we knew that. Just one thing missing for a perfect stay.

We booked this hotel because it's close to shark point. The beach is nice. Good breakfast and food in the restaurant, we ate there few time. The team was attentive and helping us with our requests. Our room was at the second floor with balcony - perfect to dry things after swimming in the sea! The room was big and comfortable.

It is about the beach. We stated here before , it is our second time. The villas in the beach are amazing due to the view . It is not noisy in the evening - very peaceful. Restaurant menu was beter this time , they are certainly improved .

The guests in the neighborhooding room were chatting loudly and appeared to be intoxicated at around 1 AM. Unfortunately, there was no way to seek assistance in handling the situation.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the beach in front of the hotel is absolutely stunning. It's truly the perfect destination for a holiday.

No soap to wash your hands - not a problem, but what? Shower mixer is hard to select the right water temperature - ok for some islands. Safe is not screwed to the wall - wtf?? Reception just don't reply no your questions on Booking - bad service. Otherwise, they are great guys in person.

Location and view were great! Breakfast was ok. Lunch and dinner kitchen is good enough. Other hotels' restaurants are also available around. Boat service is great and helpfull. Overall experience is still good. Thank you team!

Communication was hard at times but translation allowed us to communicate.

The resort is a great location, right on the beach. The resort was very accommodating by putting stairs on the beach to help my grandmother get from the beach to the resort. And they were able to accommodate my gluten free aunt, she was so grateful to be able to eat more foods. Thank you!!

Broken water tap and really hot in the room but Ok with the AC. No wonder in this hot climate. Otherwise, everything perfect.

Excellent location in the quiet neighbourhood at the Long Beach. Beautiful beach, friendly staff and enough activities to do. Boat taxi to the port available on request (100 THB).

The beds were a little hard but the staff were able to sort that out for us after the first night. It’s a great place to stay if you want somewhere quiet but it’s a bit of a mission getting to and from the city (especially if you want to go on a night out since the taxi boats don’t run all night). The bathroom also had a sewage smell throughout our stay

The resort is on a beautiful beach. The sunsets were beautiful and swimming there was amazing. The breakfast buffet was also great and the staff were so lovely and friendly :)

Unfortunately our hot water did not work for our shower. I would also have spend more time enjoying the beach if there were loungers available. Some of the side walks need attention and repaired. A Bar would be nice and some music.

Loved the cute bungalows, AC worked amazing. ALL Staff we friendly, kind, great attention to details. Water was so warm and nice. Breakfast was included and quite good.

The rooms were a bit outdated and you would expect a nicer kept room in this price category. Although it seemed that this wasn’t the case for every room as some seemed to be newly renovated. Sunbeds were missing on the beach. You couldn’t even rent them.

The location is great. The staff was really friendly. You felt cared for from beginning to end of the stay. Breakfast buffet and restaurant offered a good variety of nice food. Rooms were clean and always stocked with drinking water. The beach is directly in front of the restaurant and close to the rooms.

The shower! A dribble of water. The rooms were outdated, but the location more than made up for it.

The location was amazing. Staff were super helpful and friendly. On site restaurant served great food. Breakfast was included. You can snorkel right off the beach (with an AUD$5 charge).
