Transport from to the main pier, they do not help you arranging g any taxi. When you arrive they come to pick you up but you need to wait 1 hrs... Bed: obly 1 pillow per person. Cockorages. Brekafst was terrible... We had to go diving and we had to arrange our own taxi, we had to catch it at 7.30 so we went to b. Fast.. They told us it will open at 7.30.. St 7.20 we asked if we could grab something from the buffet as it was resdy and they said NO.. Even if it was included on our rate and it was just 20 min prior.... How bad. Nobody speak any language... No english, french Spanish Italian or Dutch (we speak several languages but no way to cominicate in the restaurant)... Stuff seems tired to have so many guests therefore they do not make any effort to get your stay pleasant

Location, the beach is next to the resort, the water has a gorgeous color, the sand is fine. Breakfast ok, lunch and dinner are not included but I ate at their place because they have very good food. Right next to the resort is a place where you can do outdoor massage.

Staff needs training.

Break fast was Meh: 1/5 Location 5/5 Charged 1000 TBH/per night, extra for 7 years old kid (with or without extra bed, even without extra bed they charge for 1000 TBH). The reception confirmed that we can check in to the for the Boat taxi any time (At Mc Donalds, Tonsai beach). we were at the Jetty at 1200 Hrs. Past that the lady kept disconnecting my calls, in some instances misguided us to go to Mc donalds and wait. Go to Jetty and wait, Find guy in blue Tshirt and find the boat, etc. We kept shifting with a 4 Large pieces of luggage and family in hot sun. Basically they have fixed slots for pickup from the Jetty at Tonsai Beach and you have to fit in those slots. They could have been upfront with this information but instead chose to conceal it and used all the tricks to waste our time till there pickup longtail boat arrives. The porter(there is none, just a hired boat driver) will not shift your luggage to boat, be prepared to do it your self. Loading the luggage and passengers happens on beach and not on the jetty, so drag those bags on sand. In our return journey, so that we do not depend on there tactics and waste our time, we just hired a Boat taxi for 500 TBH. The break fast has very limited options and they too get finished off fast. They just wait for a batch of guests to get over with whatever is left. Refill is done only when next batch arrives. To our surprise, they try saving on Fruits by not filling up the empty bowls at counter (Fruits are pretty cheap in Thailand)

The girl at the reception couldn't even hide with her face how much she didn't like us. She could even look at us brazenly and not answer the question asked. The rest of the staff are wonderful people

Everything!

This an old resort! Highly priced! Not value for money at all! Everything is totally old including the bathroom and the breakfast is poor considering its a resort! And no facilities Thank God its next to the beach and its in Phi Phi island, as otherwise no one would book!

The place is very run down - it needs a big facelift. Cleanliness - the bathroom needs a deep clean. There was black mould in the silicone and signs it had been on the ceiling previously. There isn’t a window in the bathroom so the removal of odour is strictly through the little ceiling fan - which only operates when the key is in the room. The wifi was very slow compared to other areas of Thailand and also would intermittently boot us and we’d have to rejoin.

Location - beautiful setting, the view from the dining area is STUNNING. We enjoyed the adventure of walking into town (about 20-30 mins) along the stones and pathway. It isn’t an easy stroll but if you’re young / fit it’s fine. Boat pick up and drop off - we were collected from Tonsai wharf when we arrived and taken back to Tonsai wharf when we checked out. (They have three times per day for this) The staff - they were super lovely and allowed us to have a shower after check out (we went snorkelling out the front of the resort where we saw black tip reef sharks)

The room standard bungalow - * Beds are so uncomfortable - Hard and woke up both Mornings with my back in spasm . * The lack of pillows for comfort . * The room was clean - But the room was very very basic . Needs complete overhaul . So deceptive as you see beautiful bungalows modern at the front . Then the bungalows behind very basic and look tired . * The breakfast included - very basic option’s - are there once and didn’t want to go back .

Staff were exceptionally unresponsive to communication beforehand by myself directly and to Booking.com staff members. It took nearly 3 months to adjust my booking, and in the end I didn't trust them enough to stay at the accommodation so I got another hotel instead. Very poor customer service; I would avoid them in general.

We were a bit disappointed with the hotel. We had booked a bungalow in stead of the regular modern room, but when we came to the hotel we realized it was a mistake. The room was very old and somewhat dirty. The bathroom had mold on the tiles, the mirror was dirty and our terrace table was broken. When we let the staff know of these things they took the table and fixed it, but we didnt have it for some time. The other things were apparently unfixable. When we arrived the shower was also broken, but that was fixed withing the next day. The breakfast was good and we were happy with that. The hotel staff was nice, altought the english capasity of the staff was not the best. Some of the staff, the taxi drivers were rude and seemingly mocked us when we asked them something. The massage ladies were amazing and i recommend the massage! The hotel restaurant was a bit on the expensive side, but I guess that is all the restaurants on long beach.

While location was good, we were not made aware it would be 100-200 baht boat ride each way when wanting to go to the main town. Room was very basic, not super comfortable

I’ve been travelling for over 2 years and never have I ever dealt with staff as RUDE!! They didn’t help us at all and had such an attitude, we were told that the boat would be taking us to our hotel in 10 minutes we just had to wait for some people to come, 2 hours later we was still waiting!!! When I called the hotel to find out what was happening they said if we didn’t wait we would have to pay. The location is inconvenient. The cats running outside could do a better job at cleaning the rooms… breakfast was not great either.

The place is absolutely overpriced and as other people are writing, you will get a waaaay better hotel in the area for less price. We paid extra to stay in the blue villas, and we were in some forth row of houses, there was no beach view like they are advertising (you can see it below in the picture). The room was dirty and we had no warm water for the whole stay, even though the guy was twice in our room to repair it. We paid 400 € hoping for some nice beach bungalow and we got overpriced house which should be renovated. Do not book it here if you still have a chance!
