Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and as described, they have a good sized balcony. Pool was good with a nice view, pool towels are available to borrow. Breakfast was also good, especially the fresh fruit and the range of different breads, there is something for everyone. Location was ideal, you can walk to the beach in a few minutes. There are lots of shops and restaurant’s nearby. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Great hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful grounds that were well maintained. Room very spacious and had everything needed, lots of storage space etc. shower is outside which is novel! Given the heat, this was fine only slight problem was the deep step down to the shower (maybe a step could be added to help this for older people or those with mobility issues?). This is also a big bath with shower attachment so not a concern at all for us. Fabulous breakfast, helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Any requests dealt with in super quick time. Could do with more beds around the three pools and more shade there from the very hot sun. Overall had a great stay and would rerun.

We enjoyed staying here. Good location, quiet but quick walk to beach and shops/restaurants. Breakfast buffet delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms really big. Spent most days at Pai Plong beach which was a 15 walk via the monkey trail. Beautiful.

No flush toilet paper

Loved the spacious room, comfortable beds, Amazing breakfast excellent location 2 min walk to hip strip and Ao Nang beaches. We loved all of it. The only concern was the toilet situation where we couldn't flush the tp but we adapted quickly. At first the outdoor shower was a bit concerning but we quickly totally enjoyed it. O really we had an amazing stay and will return one day. Thank you so much h for your hospitality.

The rooms are dark. Could do with better lightening would be my only dislike other than that perfect.

Beautiful grounds and fantastic staff. We had one of the bungalows around the small pool and perfect for us. The 1st floor outdoor breakfast room overlooking the karst was beautiful each morning.

Upon checking out I was asked to wait until after my room was checked for any damages. After explaining to them that I have a bus to catch I was let go but that was still slightly weird and not something I have ever experienced/felt a bit accusatory. Just ask for a deposit on the credit card like other hotels do, it is not professional to expect the customer to wait/not allowing them to leave.

Beds could be comfier and my wife did not like the day curtains! The general area is exceptionally busy, depends on your personal preference.

Great location within the property exceptionally quiet yet only 5 minutes walk to the bustling street of shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Two nice pools and quiet gardens within the property.

Bathroom was dated and outside shower didn't work. Furniture on veranda was worn out and couldn't really be enjoyed . Nothing going on in the evening but I think that's because everyone headed out to the main strip but would have been nice to have some music or a bit of a vibe.

Location, lovely pool, lovely room. Attention to details like a beach bag and umbrellas was fantastic. Beautiful reception area and nice pools.

Great location in ao nang, very private and quiet. The staff are so friendly and helpful, this is a great part of Thailand to spend some time, and explore. The resort was wonderful, we enjoyed a day of exploring and then a few hours by the pool afterwards.

If you need to use wifi for some reason this might not work that well for you. In the room it was extremely slow and kept disconnecting every few minutes. If you use laptop relaying on wifi then good luck.

Property was well kept and clean. Staff was very friendly. Lobby area was great for relaxing. Room could use a table with few chairs. Breakfast was pretty good except pastries, they were below average. Other than that good choices. Good location close shops and lots of good restaurants.

Our room was cleaned always at the end of the day, hard to guess when exactly. It was annoying because you have to wait housekeeping so you can't have a rest or fall asleep in afternoon. Our room was on the ground floor and the shower was not "private" I would say: people could observe you washing from the 2nd floor of neighbor cottages. Some staff at reception could not assist us when we had some questions, may be due to some knowledge gap or language barrier: they were forwarding us to their colleagues. Pool towels available only at the main pool.

Very nice location: greens is all around, very quiet place, close to the main Ao Nang street but at the same time you don't hear any street sounds, close enough to the beach, have 3 pools so you can always find a spot. Breakfast has pretty fair choice of dishes including local food (fried rice, pad thai noodles, curry) and European (eggs, ham, French toasts, pancakes, bread and buns with jams, cornflakes, yogurt, fruits, salad bar). Room (Superior Cottage) was spacious.

The room smelt of damp but had a dehumidifier insitu and unfortunately we had a lot of rain during our stay which doesn't help. The bathroom had poor lighting.

Location was excellent, just 5 mins to the beach and literally a couple of minutes from multiple shops and restaurants. Lovely big room with comfortable beds and good sized balcony. Excellent breakfast with massive selection of food and drinks. Best we had in 4 weeks in Thailand. Nice pool areas. Well equipped gym. Staff attentive and helpful. Even had someone come round at breakfast asking if there was anything you needed help with. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel.

Wifi wasn’t working to good but staff tried to get it fixed as soon as they knew there was a problem. Could also see how they could possibly find a way of adding seats at their pools.. chairs were very limited.

Location is excellent and staff are very good, helpful and friendly. Go above and beyond to help with any requests.
