The beds were the hardest I have ever slept in, which was a shame, as it did put me off staying there again. I am aware that traditional Thai beds are firm, but goodness, these were on another level.

It was a good location in the quieter area of Phi Phi Island. It had a decent pool area, staff were pleasant, and there were plenty of facilities nearby. The beach was easily accessible.

The location is simply amazing. Everything was great but one thing that annoyed us is when, at the checkout, we tipped staff member only 20 baht as we didn’t have any other cash. He got mad and expressed dissatisfaction with the tip, expecting more.

The hotel is just as it looks on the pictures. Lovely clean pools and a great selection of loungers, beds & chairs around the pool. Rooms were excellent for the price you pay. Staff very helpful. Location around 15 minute walk to the pier but a nice walk!

Rooms were average, toilet broke while there, happened late at night so couldnt get anyone to fix but they did sort the next day. Had smell of toilet facilities at one of our rooms. They did offer a room switch but given was only there for two nights we tolerated as couldn’t smell when in the room. Rooms looked like they were broken into areas. The other area seemed nicer with spacious balconies (unsure of interiors) Not sure if I chose the cheaper option or not but would have preferred to have been in the other area.

It was a shame that I hadn't received a message in advance informing me that I would have someone pick me up at the port to help with the luggage upon arrival, and I only got the message on the second day of our stay, so we had to walk with all our heavy luggage up to the resort. The room had a very strong smell of mold (due to humidity I suppose) that would get better by turning the air conditioning on. The window blind inside the bathroom does not give full privacy so we had to improvise a way to make it properly blinded.

The location was good, and breakfast was good, too. The room was spacious and we had facilities (coffee and kettle) available.

The overall cleanliness of the place is very poor. The main problem is mold. Mainly in the shower. But the room is very humid as there is no air ventilation, only A/C and they are not running it 24/7. We did so, but it didn't help much. There is no fan in the shower so it keeps the humidity and there is no wonder that there is a lot of mold there. The lights are very dark - in the room and in the shower as well. We put the Do not disturb sign on our door handle as we didn't want the room service to get in for some reason and when we returned to the room, we found out that they were there. And they even left the balcony door unlocked! We were on the ground floor! So this is unacceptable! I think that if the tourism is the main source of income and the hotel itself is alive thanks to the guest, guests should be in the first place and they should take care about the condition of the room. This is simply too dirty. The location deserves more - if they will provide clean and comfortable place to stay, it will be unforgetable stay. Like this, we will consider whether it is worth to return to Phi Phi Islands. One more thing - there is a coffee shop which is right next to the hotel and it is a part of the resort. The waitress who is working there was extremely rude. Anytime we went there and wanted to order something it looked like we are disturbing here. As I said - rude, not nice, happy not to be disturb. Our little boy who doesn't speak english well but was brave enough to go to order something went to order the pancake, she even didn't try to understand him and shouted through whole place on us that if we want something we shouldn't send kid but come to ask her on our own. OK, if this is their attitude to their guests, she doesn't need to worry, wi didn't return and we will not again even if we will return to the island again.....

We really liked the location of the hotel - right next to the private beach, with nice pool. The restaurant for breakfast was great as you are right next to the beach, with sea view. We really liked the pick up/drop off service for baggage they offer. We liked the breakfast as it was always something to choose from but they do not change the range of food at all, only local dishes. Everything else was the same everyday. You can fill up your bottles with unlimited amount of drinking water during whole day and night.

The AC wasn’t working the first night and it was too hot, but when we notified the staff they immediately fixed it.

The facilities were good in general. The pool was very nice and the views were 10/10. The staff was helpful and nice at all times.

The buffet breakfast was horrible. Even the omelettes were unseasoned and not cooked through. The options were very limited. Even coffee was just instant packet coffee and steamed rice and boiled plain noodles were the main dishes. Basic salt and pepper was also unavailable in some of the tables. No vegan or vegetarian options as well.

The room was decent sized with a good courtyard view and enough sunlight. The bathroom was clean and big as well. The access to beach was very easy as well. The location was decent too. The pool was good as well. Public washroom was available to wash off the sand and pool water with a proper shower area as well. The amenities were good too.

The only thing that let this place down is the lack of a bar and food offer on a night. The restaurant served breakfast but was then closed for the rest of the day.

Nice resort, right on the beachside and a 10 minute walk to the main area, rooms are clean and with good air-conditioning.

The bungalows were ridiculously noisy, our neighbours kept us up two nights in a row the bungalows shared a door with the next neighbour so it was as if they were in the next room, came home at 2/3 am in fairness the porter did go down on the second night when I complained. The bathroom smell was really bad the worst I’ve experienced in Thailand, smell of sewage when using the shower. The bed was so uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a pile of bricks (no joke it was like a plank of wood) lots of c chlorine in the pool. I would never stay here again and it’s a shame because the location is so good and t he staff are very helpful and kind.

Don’t provide sun beds on the shaded decking my beach anymore. And pool area needs a bit of TLC. We were just before high season so we understand about the blue bed curtains not being up.

We have stayed here twice now and really pleasant both times. Perfect location by white sand beach, really comfortable and accommodating when we had sickness and needed to have longer to check out! Pool is lovely and breakfast tasty and nutritional.

The aircon didn't work during the night, just during the day, we couldn't sleep well any night. To long way to get in to the rooms, they should open one side to get quick access. The staff no very communicative, they didn't tell us that the hostel has transfer services to carry baggages from the ferry, and we noticed the last day that they have beach towels for the guests.

My hair dryer didn’t work and Mums shower didn’t get hot enough but our rooms were onmedted so she could use my hot water and I could use her hairdryer
