Perfect location with beach side

We were put into a room opposite a building site that began building at 6:30am which woke up. The safe in that room didn’t work and neither did the air conditioning. We changed rooms and in the new room our balcony door didn’t close which meant mosquitoes were coming in all night. We lost our keycard and asked reception for a replacement. They gave us one that didn’t work, so we went back down, then they gave us another one, which DIDNT WORK so all in all we walked back and forth three times before we could get a key that worked for our room. 175 euro for 4 nights is extremely overpriced for what you are given. We saw multiple people also changing rooms. Don’t be catfished by the photos

The pool was nice and it was easy to access different parts of the island. It was close to party scene but still far enough away that you didn’t hear loud music at night

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious & clean. The resort was lovely & the breakfast was great. The staff all really friendly. The pool was nice with a lot of sun beds under shade. The resort was on the beach as well. A bit of a walk to the main area but there is a lot on the way so it doesn't feel long at all. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores as well for any small supplies. We loved our stay here and would come back again.

Staff behavior.

Staff were so rude. And they were very disturbed when we requested to change the room, as the room had some problem. Even the staff didn't help us to shift our baggage. We had to do by ourselves. Next room's AC was not properly working but they couldn't solve it. So next day we shifted to another resort and stayed more 2 days there.

Bathroom was outdated and drainage didn’t work well, I had a feeling it was dirty. Breakfast was not good, poor choice and not good qualities.

Breakfast was very basic. Instant coffee and hardly any fruit or variety. The Aircon broke and the toilet blocked. Bathroom was very dated with paint peeling. Staff were rude and unhelpful

Double bungalow, with attacing door to the next, where you heard all the noices.

It’s a dive Luxury bungalow more like mouldy dirty shack Next door bungalow might as well have been sharing with us. From alarm at 6am to loud snorting etc Staff were uninterested when we complained and after travelling about Thailand I think £300 for 2 nights was a rip off. Don’t even attempt breakfast brown lettuce and nothing resembling fresh. Should be issued a health warning ! Mouldy damp smell throughout ! Four poster only had 3 sides they should fix or remove !

Found worms in the vegetables at breakfast. Told the staff and they said it is not dandgerous but I still felt a bit disgusted.

Smell of sewage constantly outside rooms. Breakfast options weren’t good at all, so we ate out at the local pancake shop every morning for kids. Small single bed was comfy but double bed wasn’t in both rooms.

We had a four days trip and we left after two days. Very dirty rooms and bathroom.

The property is not like in the pictures from Booking. Is very dirty, the stuff rude, breakfast poor.

Far distance from pier

Well environment and excelent behaviour of staff. Location is good its very near to beach but far distance from pier.

Its a wonderful stay just in front of the beach and the ambiance is good. Stays were clean, there is a wonderful pool in front of the stay. Overall good place to chill and relax

All is well

It’s around 10 minutes walk from the pier and has its own private beach.. Breakfast does not have enough varieties but it’s worth the hotel rate .. the swimming pool is fantastic and we can spend whole day enjoying around the pool.. we do not have restaurant order facility however

Everything. Cockroaches have taken permanent residency in the hotel. A/C leaks and shorts out within rooms, staff resolved the problem by wiping the floor with beach towels and shoving the stagnant towels under wardrobe in the room. Would have been more comfortable sleeping on the daybeds by the pool, than on the beds in the room. Shower had one option of fridge freezer. Overall, I have nothing nice to say about the property.

rooms inside are very dirty ! everywhere you can find hairs. Our pillows had yellow spots on it. the bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. And the shower door was broken. And girl on reception did nothing , she just said okay okay okay 😬
