Breakfast options were limited

I really liked the fact that after we did the checkout we still had a few hours, so we went to the beach, and when we returned they provided us with a room to take a shower.

The bathroom is a joke. There is no division between shower, toilet, sink. So literally, you can shower while sitting on the toilet. Everything gets wet. Overall the furniture is quite old, partly broken and cheap. It’s also not really clean. I found long hair from the previous guest. Oh, btw … mosquitos everywhere. Also in the room. They didn’t even try to get rid of them before handing the room over to me.

The only positive aspect to mention is the location. It is a bit outside of the main bar / restaurant area so quite quiet but still close enough to reach everything within 10 min of walking. The adjacent mosque did not bother me even though you hear the praying from time to time.

we paid more money for the room with upper view, the photo included in the room description promises a rooftop pool view, but we got the room with view in the picture joined here. As we claimed the room we paid for the resecption lady was very rude and disrespectful.

it felt dirty and unclean, for how much we paid we felt like it was more of a 1-2 star hotel not a 4. the rooms felt dirty and worn the beds were so uncomfortable the fridge didn’t work and the bathroom was like a prison bathroom. breakfast was awful too. wouldn’t return

This room or hole in the wall cost 2800 Thai baht or $100 USD per night and for a zero star hotel that's expensive, the pictures on line are so misleading it's amazing, the hot water heater was falling off the wall, the bed was pushed together,, the refrigerator had no where to plug in on the wall,, see the photos. The amazing view of a roof was,, look for yourselves but crap,,, the TV was small, n, the bathroom tile when wet just dangerous and slippery,, basically this hotel was rubbish in my opinion and a complete waste of money

The pool was OK but we were told that to use it after 8pm we had to pay 1500 baht or $50usd per person which on this party island is a rip off

The hotel itself was so loud, all day and night you can hear people in their rooms and doors banging, people coming back at 3/4/5am. Mosque next door is so loud as well. The beds were really uncomfortable and the rooms just didn’t have much to them.

The pools were great and the location was good access to the main pier and restaurants. Staff were very friendly.

The rooms were very very small, and the bathrooms were tiny with no ventilation at all. We were there for 2 nights and our room was never cleaned.Furthermore the door was that of a public bathroom and did not feel safe at all.

slightly out the way but meant it was nice and quiet at night. The hotel is situated next to a mosque which broadcast loud prayer throughout the day and night. Breakfast could have been a bit better, but was ok.

While the make up of the beds looked appealing, they were anything but that. Our beds were hard and uncomfortable, we got one pillow each and they were hard and bumpy. Our bed linen was a sheet, old blanket topped with another sheet. We were tired the next morning and had aching backs and sore necks. There is no tea or coffee station in the room. When you take out the slot key the air con isn’t the only thing that goes off - everything goes off including the tiny bar fridge so when you arrive back at your room all hot and sweaty and looking forward to a cold drink from your room, you find yourself disappointed because your drink is hot because the fridge turned off. Also the hotel doesn’t have its own dining area. Breakfast was served at a bar next to the hotel and the food was awful.

the breakfast was provided by a restaurant near the resort, but the quality was terrible, and disorganised, so I believe that, apart from the breakfast everything was perfect.

the room was not very well clean - the flooring was dirty and there was beard clippings in the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable. The buffet breakfast was not good - it was not fresh, very little options. I found the staff to be a bit rude but unsure if that was due to the language barrier, however the man who took the luggage from the ferry terminal and back to the hotel was so lovely.
