It’s really loud at night as it’s beside the beach we’re they have the fire shows. They even provide ear plugs in the room but we didn’t mind too much

Bathroom was dark and didn’t have airflow, after showering your floor is vet (when you want to wash hands or use toilet). Only place to sit in your room is your bed or in the heat in your balcony. I didn’t mind the music from outside because the air conditioning was so much louder. I would loved more hangers for clothes.

Everything I wanted was in walking distance, lot of food options, many possibilities to get a tour or boat taxi, Phi Phi Viewpoint track in walking distance, night time fire shows, kickboxing. Stuff and workers helpful and friendly, I didn’t have many problems or questions but I think they could have helped if I needed anything.

You can hear music from the beach at night, trash you can see from 1 floor when you’re going to the room, could do something with it.

Big deluxe rooms, nice swimming pool with bar, 1 minute to the beach , very friendly and helpful staff. Met us at pier and took the laguage, immediately offered cold water by coming to the resort.

Noisy at night as it has the party beach clubs very close. When you turn on the lights while you are using the shower, the intensity of the light is decreasing.

View from standard rooms is not the best but hey who spends time in the room on Phi Phi anyways 😁 there’s nothing to complain about with this hotel at the price 👍🏽

Close to the beach, if you’re a light sleeper maybe pack ear plugs 😅 facilities have everything you need, staff friendly and always cleaning, remember if your looking for luxury on this island it comes at a price! 😆 this hotel is more than adequate for couples/groups on a mid range budget. Hope this helps.

Air-conditioning useless Charged for towels that we didn't receive as 2 adults 1 child in the room and was only given 2 sets at a time. Room wasn't cleaned properly still dirty They don't reply to messages so don't bother contacting them on booking.com

Take earplugs as backs onto slinky beach bar very loud when trying to sleep - we weren’t coming in until after 1:30am and still very loud.

Very central location, lovely rooms very clean and gorgeous pool. We really enjoyed our stay here. Had everything we needed - really great price too!
