It’s loud. Right near the beach so it’s loud bass until 2am every night and then sometimes there’s music playing in the pool in the arvo. Bungalow was pretty uninspiring and not dark enough.

Popular with travellers, gets a nice multicultural crowd. Breakfast was good. Facilities in room were all good.

The location was very close to the beach and the peak party places in Phi Phi.

The breakfast was very poor. They did not have a wide variety of options. Moreover, the bread was the same the four days I stayed there (I cut a bread and the same bread cut was displayed at breakfast the three days after. Not to mention that breakfast is from 7 to 11 and two times they did not even start breakfast till 7.30 as they did not finish putting all things in display. One day we almost could not have breakfast as we needed to leave at 7.45. This was really disappointing and painful.

The location was great (the centre is right around the corner and the beach is 100 meters from the hotel) but every night the music from the street was really really loud and they do not stop till 2 AM. You hear the music from the bedrooms although window and door are closed.

Didn’t love the bathroom, was very dark and depressing. Some better light would’ve made a huge difference.

Loved the location, staff were fantastic and very accomodating. Rooms were very clean and neat. Pool was awesome and great for the middle of the day heat.

Music from near by club starts at 12pm and doesn’t stop until 4am ish every night. Bring you eat plugs or head phones

location is amazing. walk out the hotel, turn right and 1 minute to the beach. loads of restaurants, vendors, mini markets available right on hand. support with luggage to and from the property to the pier.

it is extremely close to the ibiza party on the beach and there was loud music partying all night until 4:30am and it was so loud it felt like it was in our room and was really disruptive

Its not really a fault of the hotel but there was a large rubbish dump behind our room.

the swimming pool remove color from clothes, the amenities and the drinks are with overprice but it’s not easy to find the price list and we didn’t know, breakfast it’s included but it’s “poor” I mean don’t have choose of cheese or sweet, egg look like with some sugar and bacon it’s chicken bacon (terrible, better write its not pork) the chairs on the balcony was broken,

breakfast was the only big let down, there was not much variety but it was a big plus to have breakfast included for a cheap room.

location wasn’t too far from pier, there was a staff member at port who took our luggage to resort for us. best air con we’ve had in Asia!! staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant, and it was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. We asked to extend for one night and check out late and they had no issues with this.

Rooms are close to the beach but until 3am you can hear music and vibration in some rooms and bungalows.

The hotel is pleasant, the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is not varied.

It is extremely noisy at night as you are so close to the bars and clubs

Pleasant and clean property with a nice pool. Staff at both breakfast and on reception were friendly and helpful. Great location only a very short walk to the beach and the centre.

if you struggle to sleep with loud music, this wouldn’t be the place for you. but this is something that didt bother us, as the location was so good!

The bed was very uncomfortable. The AC werent great. Loud music (from other hotels) playing into the early morning means poor chances of getting a good sleep. Should have chose a hotel on the other side of Phi Phi.

The staff were super helpful, always had a smile on their face.
