Please change the TV, the tube tv is so old and unfunctional. I would prefer not to have a TV in my bedroom l.

Great hotel with beautiful territory, comfortable rooms and big swimming pool. Location is in the heart of Phi Phi with all the attractions nearby like cafes, grocery stores, massage salons, bars, hiking trails, beaches and ports. Friendly stuff who meet you right at the port and help to carry the baggage. Rooms are cozy and have everything you need, including AC, comfy bed, hairdryer, TV, wifi, etc. Delicious breakfast with great varieties of food, drinks and desserts is included. You can easily reach the Phi Phi viewpoint, Viking beach and Long beach from this place. Or you can simply chill in the pool and visit the nearest massage place.

The noise at night time was unreal. I know it's a very busy resort/ island but I honestly didn't expect to have a rave very close by to my room..it went on til 2am. Such a pity because this hotel would be so lovely otherwise.

My room was very nice and really clean.. the staff are super friendly and willing to help. (Particularly the lovely receptionist from Koh Lanta 👏) Breakfast was good with a large selection. A very happy bell boy collected me and my luggage from the pier and dropped me back, which was very appreciated.

You could hear alot of noises during the night, people were quite loud arriving back from being out in the early hours of the morning and woke us up a lot. Also we were near the toilet and the smell of sewage often came into our room which was quite bad, I imagine if you’re not near the toilet this wouldn’t be an issue.

The pool area is really nice with really comfy sunbeds and the pool was super clean! The bungalow was lovely too, had everything we needed and was a good size. The location also couldn’t have been better it is right in the middle of where you need to be!

When we arrived (30 minutes prior to check in time), the room was not ready yet. When it was finally check in time (14:00), we had to wait 10-15 min more minutes. The shower was not properly cleaned (there was a type of band-aid/plastic from previous guests). Besides, the shower splashes all over the floor and sink when left at the center. The room looks bigger on the photos - it was a bit small for a couple with 2 big luggage in the room.

The location is very good, near several cafes, restaurants and beach. The pool is very nice as well. The staff picks up your bags at the ferry and also takes them when checking out, which was quite nice.

Great location and friendly staff. Loved the pool. Breakfast was good, lots of options. The bungalows are in a great setting right in the middle of Phi Phi and are surrounded by fab gardens, plants etc. Can borrow towels for the pool from reception. AC in the rooms was OK but a little noisy. Safe was very handy too

Rooms need a little refreshment but to be honest surrounding gives you so much to do you dont spend so much time in the room

After check in we had problem with AC in room, after we said that to reception problem was solved immidetaly Wonderful localization, close to the beach and city centre Plus for me for cleaning service, clean beach towels every day

The pillow was very hard and the room was rather small. The shower was open so the whole bathroom was getting wet after a shower

The only thing, it was a little bit noisy. I could hear the loud music coming from the bars and night clubs around there. PP island became a party island for farangs only, it will be noisy every day 24/7.

Beautiful and relaxing resort, amazing swimming pool with bar service, good breakfast options, incredibly kind staff. I already been there in December 2023 and did not hesitate to book again on October 2024.

Great location - everything is close enough to the centre but calm for sleeping. (Could not hear Slinky bar) Good breakfast. Also they pick you up from the pier and help you with luggage.

The room is very basic, only 2 places to plug in charger, shower is okay and nothing more Be aware to leave the room as you got it or they'll charge you for damage, they charge us 30 baht for missing spoon

The location is very good - in front of seven eleven, restaurants and 3 minutes walk to the beach from your room. Staff were helpful and nice They give you beach towels for free, and free entrance to a very good fitness center that locates 10 minutes from the hotel.
