It was disappointing for our high expectations we had in mind after seeing the pictures. Does not look like that. The place was untidy and dirty.

The swimmingpool is dirty and outdated. The facilities in the rooms are very very basic. Rude Russian guests taking over the place.

Disappointingly, the online images, possibly a decade old, misrepresent the current state. Despite its good location on the middle of the island - easy to reach all the island's highlights and beaches.

Our experience was significantly marred by the disruptive noise of domestic animals in the night, firstly either some toads or cicadas and then particularly (!) a rooster crowing loudly from 4 in the morning onwards. I am not kidding, we are used to this from our cottage but this is a completely different level (even earplugs don't help). This noise severely impacted our ability to get a good sleep. The rooster is actually kept by the owners of the property - I have no idea why they keep this animal and at the same time operate a hotel business. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of the accommodation's employees, we received only an apology. If your idea of a vacation includes relaxation and restful sleep, I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by this ongoing disturbance. Also, the wifi does not work (it worked only around the reception).

We recently stayed at this place for three nights. The property is located further away from the (party) beaches. The place is by no means any "resort", but it is still quite charming and our "Sweet Villa"/bungalow was clean, spacy and cozy.

This hotel was our favourite place we stayed in Thailand! If you are looking for somewhere to stay away from the Phi Phi crowds it’s is perfect - only about 10 minutes walk to the main bars but in a really quiet nice area. The owner really makes this place, she’s so really helpful and friendly even accommodating us an extra night when we needed! Would deffo stay again. Also a resident horse who roams the properly which we loved!

The lady at reception was lovely. She was so friendly and helpful from the start. We had an early check in, the room was clean and aircon worked well. The pool area was lovely, again clean and nice to overlook the gardens. I love that the horse just roams around the ground. Helped us with taking our bags to the port when we left. Location was great for us as we like it to be quiet. It's out of the main strip which meant we didn't have the loud music . On arrival was told everyone gets treated like family there and that's exactly how it was. Very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

There was water dripping from the ceiling for some reason. The bed is very hard and so is the pillow. I'd say the beds need to be improved but it was cheap to stay there.

You gotta walk at least 10min to go to the nearest place where there's something going on. It's located next to a little farm or smth and felt like there were a lot of mosquitoes. You have a mini fridge, but the electricity goes off when you leave the room so it's worthless really. There's only 2 electric sockets too so you would need to unplug something if you wanna have it running. For me those were just little inconveniences but the roosters crowing at like 5:30 AM directly in feont of the door was really bad. I wanted to relax and couldn't sleep more than 5h every day because of that.

It was really nice to be slightly out of the busy atmosphere yet only a short walk if desired. The air conditioning was super strong and the facilities were all in working order and clean. The lovely receptionist made us feel so welcome and had a beautiful essence which pleasantly bettered our stay.

This was a great little hotel and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It is quiet and away from the noise and partying so great to relax. There is a horse which has his own mind and wanders around the property, even one night he seemed to be greeting me in the street on my way home.

No receptionist late at night, no good illumination around the rooms. At night it was a lot insects and frog. The photos from room aren’t the same. Air conditioning make noise when turn it on.

This property is a little gem on phi phi! The pool makes it feel like luxury and having a horse on the property made it feel so special! Don't be fooled by the run down looking reception, the rooms and back of the property are excellent! Highly recommend!!

the location is a bit further out than other hotels but only slightly. still only just a 5-10min walk to main shops. and the walk is along a nicely paved area.

beautiful property in its own little oasis but close enough to the main shopping town. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were so nice and accomodating, and their pet horse was so cute ! they even helped us carry our bags between the hotel and pier. hard to fault this place. great value.

1) Bit far from the main area. The road is pretty secluded at midnight with no lights on the street. 2) Bed was hard. AC not cooling enough. Bathrooms ok 3) They don’t accept credit cards.
