- Location. Although not incredibly far, the hotel is quite the distance from the centre, and from all major shops and restaurants at night time. In the day time you would probably be okay. If prone to going out to restaurants for the evening, just be prepared for a 10 minute walk back. - Breakfast was okay, rather basic. - No room service or lunch options (would only opt to stay if it was for a couple of days as opposed to a full week / two weeks).

- Staff were amazing and very polite. - Hotel was nice inside (nothing out of this world). - View of sea was beautiful.

The place needs some refurbishing, the showers were not well insulated so water was going everywhere in the bathroom.

Breakfast, not catered for english, little choice very dull atsmophere, staff needs to smile, perhaps a little background music, omeletes good, The entire hotel need a good paint upgrading, little sun in afternoon as up against a cliff

Room great size and clean, monkeys coming to pool area for food etc , Location at the end of beach, you can walk to hotel from pier10 mins, there is no Taxi, more peaceful, pool great , views great, and your own little beach area, a few tikka bars also on beach, only 10/15minute pleasant stroll to opposite end of bay for a more lively scene, and restaurants, as there is none here at hotel

We had a power but in our room which meant the air on didn’t really work very well the rest do the night. It was pricy I felt for what you got compared to everywhere else we stayed.

We did have a little visitor of a cockroach one night but it is to be expected in this part of the world. The rooms were clean still but these things cannot be helped sometimes.

This hotel honestly has the best location in the whole of phi phi in my opinion. It has its own private beach with white sandy beach and crystal clear water. It has those insta bamboo swings hanging off the palm trees too which is a lovely touch. We stayed for only 2 days and wish we added a third night. The staff couldn’t do enough for you as they carried your luggage to the hotel the second you step off the ferry into the island. The swimming pool was big and again, incredible views. Rooms were very big. It also had a hair dryer and towels for the beach. We had a standard room but I would definitely opt for the private swimming pool room if it’s available. Breakfast was lovely and had their own fresh egg station. The staff also made our teas and coffees for us if we wanted. Overall, amazing. Would definitely recommend.

probs 15/20 min walk from main phi phi town but not a huge problem. The shower had no pressure at all and the water tanks behind the rooms are very loud and distracting when sleeping

Structure is a little bit old. Unfortunately, for me, the bed was absolutely no good, very very hard ( like a table) mattress. The terrace is very big and long, but common to other rooms, so other guests can look inside your room.

The location was great - close to the beach with a great pool overlooking the ocean.

The hotel must have a cosmetic renovation and mold removed. Breakfast options are very limited, even the street food tastes much better. Beach chairs already changed the color because of the dirt so the only option is either lay on the sand or walk 50 meters and rent chairs from another hotel.

The hotel had a nice swimming pool. It was possible to check-in a couple of hours earlier. The receptionists were friendly.

The room was tired, really needed tidying up. The shower was not really more than a cold dribble, it never warmed up (it's too hot for a hot shower, but a bit of warmth to it would have been nice) And we weren't allowed in the pool until 10am, why so late? When we had to check out by 11, it would have been nice to spend some time in the pool in the morning.

We were lucky enough to get the corner room with pool, the view was amazing and made the stay really. We sat out there watching the world go by for hours.beeds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.

it was difficult to adjust the hot/cold setting in the shower. also, the water pressure in the shower was too weak.

Shower did not work and shower door did not close. AC stopped working the last night. All were fixed, just disappointed to check into a room not confirmed as everything perfect. Room had no personality. Nothing on walls nor tables. TV was small to see from bed. Not issue at property but for information, this end of beach is very quiet and about a 15-20 minute walk to main area. Stores close early on this end - as do restaurants. Liquor not sold at stores on this side, have to get from main area and walk back. First bar/area right outside has great staff - and say hello to ‘tiger’ the cat that owns the place. 😂

The balcony was a little tired - new astroturf and some plants would make it look better. A laundry room would be a great asset to the hotel.

Was so nice and calm, no noise from party beach! Got some problems with electricity, everything was solved fast. Pool is cool with a view. At breakfast you have enough to choose from. Beach is small and cozy. For those who wanna drink whole day and night - no alcohol at the hotel beach bar, chose another hotel please :)))

They were smiling and so good to treat us But there is something about the breakfast it was too bad and i hope to change the contains of food and carrying about the furniture that you have of design and format of all furniture in the hotel

The hotel in general feels very run down with need for fresh paint and new flooring as it often feels sticky on your feet . The pool floor has many stains in areas

Property is in a good location on the quieter side of the island with a short stroll to the main town . Rooms are very large with door step access to the beach.
