breakfast buffet was 3/10. but you can always walk to the main island area to grab more food so it was not of a big issue.

loved everything! it was an absolute comfortable stay, the staffs were helpful in assisting & advising for tours packages. they had water refill at the lobby too, which i personally liked. the room, shower, pool was all clean. the stay is located at the end of the island so it’s about 5-7mins walk to main island area but i found joy in walking & exploring. so no complains 🥰

Everything else. Poor quality hotel. Run down suit smelled like mold. Staff could move me to another room but couldn’t return money for lice difference. Honestly with the AC on and the doors open it was fine but I was disappointed.

My boyfriend forget his white shirt in the room and I’m sure that we forget inside the room cause before we leave the room for check out I was saw his white shirt on the table under the TV inside the room and I thought my boyfriend will grab it before and put in his bag before we leave the room for check out but when we arrived back home and try to find his white shirt in his bag and also in my bag but we didn’t find it and it’s remind me that he forget to grab and leave it on the table under the TV in hotel room. However I try to called the hotel in the next day after we checked out and they said they check with the housekeeping staff but their housekeeping told them that they didn’t find any white shirt left in the room but I’m sure that we forget in the room as we stayed in Phi Phi island for 1 night only and we didn’t bring much clothes with us there, and then I told them to recheck with housekeeping again and please call me back but once they call me back they just told me the same as before that they didn’t found my boyfriend white shirt inside the room. The white shirt that we forget inside the hotel room it’s not that expensive or high brand but it’s mean a lot to me because it’s the first shirt that I bought for him after we decided to be in relationship and I buy it for him because I want him to wear it in our first trip together and he really like this white shirt, this is make me quite sad and upset a lot about this! I mean I can buy him a new one but it’s not the same feeling as the first white shirt that I bought and give it to him. The hotel didn’t show any responsibility for this issue and just said to me like “I’m sorry but we didn’t found it” I’m quite sure that we forget it in the hotel room. If you guys would like to stay in hotel like this it up on you but for me and friends and some people that I know I wouldn’t recommend them to stay here! nightmare!

We book our room next to the pool on the 2nd floor and it’s nice pool and view, our toilet it’s huge and nice I really like it! the TV in our room is smart TV can connect with the WI-FI it’s so convenient!

Had no options for breakfast. Nothing at all. We ended up having breakfast outside after paying for it. The hotel is dated and shows plenty wear & tear.

The pool and the cliff view was amazing from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and kitchenette was the best part. location is beautiful, it is at the end of the road. 10 mins walk to the pier and more 5 mins to where all the restaurants are. Small, private beach right below. But there is no other food at hotel so you have to go into town for everything

Here for 2 nights while in Thailand and out all day on both. Our 'deluxe, pool rooms with sea view' rooms were poor; a hole in one wall, leaking bathroom sink (reported), stains on the walls, debris under the microwave. Our friends shower had no thermostat hence only lukewarm water. Lack of health and safety standards around the pool and front of hotel (this is not a hotel for young families). Breakfast room is huge but dark and unwelcoming, food is basic, (they cater for mass boat trips during the day) there is no bar or restaurant other than a small shack on the beachfront. Skeleton staff on site after about 6pm (whoever was in charge of the beach bar) Basically its a posh hostel being run into the ground. Booking.com should reconsider this hotel on its website.

Location was great, last hotel on the beachfront, 5 min walk to the centre / ferry. Small pool on 3rd floor with great views over the harbour and out to sea. Big rooms with plenty of storage and a small kitchen, bed linen was clean. Staff were all young, pleasant and polite.

This hotel simply needs to be closed, refurbed & requires new management asap. I very rarely write reviews and see the good in most but I couldn’t think of anything worse than someone wasting a penny on this hotel. The pictures are nothing like the real thing, I’ve travelled a lot - to the most poverty stricken countries and this hotel was by the far the direst I’ve experienced. The swim up pool has zero privacy, the neighbours literally sit outside your room, the bathroom was nothing more than filthy, I didn’t dare put a toe in the pool. The towels were stained & grey, the walls are literally crumbling. For the first time ever I requested to change rooms as the first one was over looked by reception and has zero sea view (it was booked as a sea view) just the view of palm trees, a dirty rusty hotel sign and a little shack that to be honest I thought had been abandoned until a young girl opened it up. (The hotel beach snack & ice cream bar) When entering the ‘new’ room on the upper floor where privacy was slightly better, the smell of damp hit hard. After a lot of conversation backwards and forwards we eventually checked back out and moved into the hotel next door. (absolutely worlds apart, clean welcoming and what’s to expected for the price paid) I could of gotten over how old & ran down the building/rooms were but I can’t live with the pure filth & zero hygiene across the hotel. The manager was the rudest human I think I’ve ever come across, she couldn’t see our point that £274 for 3 nights got us this. The young girls on reception tried their best, said it happens often - they even laughed and said no when I asked if they’d spent 12,000 baht to stay there. please do not believe the pictures, save yourself the trauma & a wasted day like we did trying to sort it all out.

The room furniture looks very old, everything in the hotel looks old and need refurbishing, AC can see mold inside. Breakfast didn't look great. Lots of people from day trips come to the hotel during day to make pictures from top of the hotel etc. Also the water pump outside our room made lots of noise, slept with earplugs. Expensive.

We liked the location it's at the quiet end of the bay, beautiful views from top rooms and the pool was good. Good to stay only if you don't like the islands party noise

There was a bit of mold in the shower and aircon unit. The water at the beach was a bit oily from all the boats and where the hotel is located at the end of the beach. Also there are constant tours that come through the hotel and onto the private beach.

very bad breakfast. the place need some proper cleaning, we checked in our room and it was dirty from pervious stay. they can do some renovations to the bedroom, wear and tear were apparent everywhere. rusty and fungus grown on the shower heads.
